A simple observation, of something that seems out of character (but then, a lot has changed).
A story that you've heard before, even though you have no good reason to.
Little things that don't quite add up unless you know the history. It's funny, talking to someone from your past, because everything's different now and it's changed for the better, but somehow they seem exactly the same.
