Stephano's POV

"DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE!" I heard her shout at me and I immediately let go of the handle, and I know it's not because I'm scared of what she might do if I leave but I think deep down I was hoping she wouldn't let me leave or maybe I wanted her to stop me, I don't know but what I do know is that if I do not leave now, I won't go through with it.

"I'm sorry baby but I have to do this" I said without turning around.

"You can't even look at me, can you? Because you know you don't really want to do this but yet your doing it!" She says and then I felt her grab me from behind and spinning me around to her side, Lord only knows where she got the strength from but fuck maybe I should be scared. "Let me tell you how this is going to go down" she says hitting me on the chest.

"You have to calm down baby" I said to her because she's working herself up and I don't want history to repeat itself.

"Fuck you! Don't tell me what to do, I'm not one of your men! Your going to shut the fuck up and listen to me now and you'll listen good!" She says pointing me in my face and I just looked at her, I think I might have fucked up because she seems to be close to a breaking point, same place she was when she came to the safehouse and threatened me and the guys.

"When I met you, I had no clue of who you were, and what did you do? You intentionally impregnated me, remember? We had the twins because you planned it because you said you couldn't risk losing me and that was your way of trapping me! So you brought us into your world and now you want to leave me with 3 damn children because you believe it's best! Because you think we're better off without you! Does that make any fucking sense to you?! Because Steph for a fucking Mafia Don you really are fucking stupid if you think this is the way to go about keeping us safe!" She says and then she screams and smacks me through the face and I just stood there taking it.

"If you think I'm going to let you walk out on your kids then you've got another thing coming! You intentionally created them and I'm not going to stand by and watch you rip their world from them because you are their world, you're my world and I know that this life is dangerous but I willing said I do, didn't I? You didn't have me at gun point when you asked me to be your girl remember, and I knew who you were then but I still said yes because I love you and I don't give a fuck what you do for a living and I definitely do not give a fuck that you are the Mafia Because when I married you, the Mafia became my life too, and did you forget your not allowed to divorce me, isn't that one of your laws?! So you can count on me fighting you on this!" She says and for the life of me I smiled, I don't know if I'm losing my shit right now but everything she just said brought a smile to my face.

"I love you, you know that but baby like you said i'm The Mafia Don and I can do what I want, the laws does not apply to me, I make the damn laws and if you listened to what my reasons were than you would understand why I need to do this" I said you her in a calm voice not wanting to upset her more.

I need to say that to push her a bit more so I can see for myself that the Kiara I heard in the kitchen is gone and that she is indeed stronger, I needed her to go off on my ass to get pissed and throw me out on my ass, and when I leave she will be strong and be the badass I know she can be, for our kids. What I didn't expect was for her to burst out laughing through her tears that's still running down her cheeks, she actually laughed like I just made a fucking joke.
