Stephano's POV

As we were making our way towards the car I checked my watch only to see that it's nearly 1 am in the morning, so I couldn't text Kiara but I didn't want to either because I didn't want her to worry or give her false hope because this might end up being another dead end, these guys might be Russian but they could also not be involved with Mikhail but that didn't matter because the way the kid explained, it sounded like these guy had something installed for me so either way I would be getting rid of a possible enemy, whether they work for Mikhail or not because for some reason I trust this kid and if he finds them suspicious enough to follow them around for 2 months, then I can gaurentee that they are upto no good because this kid seems to have brains and as baffling as this is to me I trust his judgement for some odd reason but that doesn't answer my questions that has been on my mind since he walked in, Why is he helping me? Who this this kid? And what have I ever done to deserve a good kid like him to look upto me and see me as an idol Because I'm not a good man, that much I know, so why?

When we got to the car James moved to the driver seat and I threw the keys to the kid instead and his eyes bulged in his head and his mouth dropped open with an excited look on his face and I chuckled internally because just his facial expressions cracks me up, this kid will definitely become someone I want to keep close, his going to worm his way into my damn life I can see it already happening. "You're driving" I said and moved to the passenger side and watched as he all but ran towards the driver side but James wouldn't let him near the door.

"Is there a problem James?" I asked and he looked at me for the first time as if I was a damn idiot to even have the audacity to ask him this.

"Boss I don't think this is a good idea" James says, growing some balls I see.

"Well James that's the thing, I do not pay you to think, so do us both a favor and don't think and get in the damn car or leave" I said and then climbed in the passenger seat and I watched as the kid motioned with his hand for James to move a side and I could see he had a smug smile on his face, it seems he enjoys rubbing his triumph in James' face and I just shook my head and watched as both of them got in but the kid didn't make a move to put the key in the ignition.

"Are you sure you want me to drive? I mean I can always instruct you where to go" he says nervously as he looked down, not looking at me.

"If you want to work for me then you should learn that when you talk to me, you look at me and remember I hate repeating myself so I'm going to say this once more, you're driving and that's final so move the fuck on!" I said a bit to harshly causing him to jump and I signed knowing I was a bit to hard on the kid as I could see his very jumpy and scares easily yet he wants to work for the Don of the biggest and most powerful Mafia, which brings back the same questions to my mind, why?
