Chapter 14 - I'M DONE...

Hey guys just a warning, I will be jumping from one character to another throughout the whole Chapter, so it'll be a long chapter.😉 And when you do get to the music/Audio please do listen to it as the words in the said videos will be connected to the current scene I put them in, I thought it's fitting for this chapter. BTW IT would be wise to have a few tissues by your side when reading the chapter or listening to the Audios that's in the chaper as well as the top one.😉

SAME DAY - (Mon, 02 March 2020)

Kiara's POV

James came and called me from the kitchen earlier and took me to mine and Steph's bedroom and told me what Steph is planning for tonight and I became happy instantly because I knew that Steph won't come home without his kids but at the same time I felt nervous because it's dangerous and I was afraid something would happen to Steph and the others, sure I want my kids home but I didn't want anything to happen to their dad, I wanted them all back home safe and unharmed.

While James and I were talking his phone rang and he immediately picked up, and when he was done I asked who he was talking about because from what I gathered he was talking to Gio and he said that Gio was waiting for him outside and that they need to go to the safehouse and apparently Steph left without Gio and that confused me because I didn't see Steph here and I asked James and all he said was that he don't know what he did here but he was here in the house and he and Gio had some kind of disagreement while outside and then Steph left without him and texted James to take Gio to the safehouse. I was completely confused because if Steph was here he would've come see me, I just hope his not mad at me for what I did at the safehouse earlier.

As soon as James left I took out my phone and called the girls to come up to my bedroom because James told me not to say anything infront of any of the gaurds, and knowing that our bedroom is soundproof I knew I can speak to them here without needing to worry about someone overhearing us. And when all of them were in my bedroom I locked the door and told them everything James told me and they were stuck by my side ever since then.

We're currently in the sitting room in the private wing, the girls have long ago fallen asleep already and I was either sitting here staring into space or pacing the floor. I just couldn't relax Because I was anxious to see my kids and worried sick about Steph which isn't anything new because whenever his out on a hit or a mission of some kind then I'm a complete nervous wreck. I was brought out of my thoughts when my phone started ringing, startling me.

"I FOUND THEM, BABY" Steph says through the phone before I could even say anything and I literally screamed through the phone.

"I knew you would!" I shouted and then laughed, it felt like I just received the best news of my life. "Are they okay? Why is Ales crying?" I started firing questions at him.

"They're fine, I think she's just traumatised because she isn't responding to me at all she just keeps crying but I think we should have them checked out, call Dr Jacobs and his wife and have them meet us at the Estate. I'm just wrapping things up here and I'll be there in a few hours" Steph says and then I heard gun shots. "I have to go!" He shouted and then the call cut.

I immediately started panicking because those gun shots sounded so close to where Steph was and he sounded a bit panicked or maybe it was surprise, I just hope they're all safe but knowing Steph he'll protect his kids with his life, literally as in he'll shield them from the bullets with his body if he had no other choice, that's the kind of man I'm married too.
