SAME DAY - (Thurs, 02 July 2020) HOURS LATER

Stephano's POV

Kiara was in so much pain and it's been hours and my princess seems to be taking her sweet time, it's nearly 11pm and Kiara has only moved up to 7 centimetres dilated and the contractions isn't as frequent but still she's in pain, she can't even sleep for long because she gets these intense contractions that wakes her up, I hate seeing her in so much pain. The guys refuse to go, they insisted on waiting around, the girls came hours ago too and brought all of us some dinner which Luigi had prepared, now they all sitting in the Waiting room, Waiting for my princess to show up, it's nearly been 12 hours that she's been in labour.

I'm starting to worry about both my girls but the doctor says I have nothing to worry about since Kiara's water had not broken yet and the baby is still going strong plus she says a woman can be in labour for upto 18 hours, sure there were cases where women were in labour for longer than that but it's rare and since my wife refuses to go for a c-section, we have no choice but to wait. Kiara has just fell asleep so I decided to go get myself a cup of coffee because there is no way I'm going to sleep, I need to be awake incase anything happens but I'm sure the guys are waiting for an explanation on Mikhail and the kid, eventhough I'm sure Gio already drilled the kid for answers but I'm not worried, Gio would never hurt him or intimidate him, he likes to play the good guy.

"I thought you could use a cup" Dante says as I'm making my way out the private room and when I turned around to face him I saw him walking towards me with a hot cup of coffee in hand, I could see the steam coming from it and I had to fight the urge to lick my lips.

"Thanks" I said taking the cup from him, I know This is his way to get info out of me but that's alright, Dante is just a bit overprotective and I know he gets that from me.

"I know this might not be the right time but Steph I'm worried, you send that kid to the Estate where the twins are and you don't even bother explaining anything to any of us or atleast tell us something so we know what to do because his hours away with my niece and nephew and you don't even seem concerned, so what the fuck is going on?" He asks all in one breath and I knew it was coming, and I understand why his throwing this at me now because his worried about my kids, which is why I have to ease his mind because I'm not worried one bit, I trust that kid.

"I know you worried and I'm grateful that you're concerned about my kids but Dante you have to trust me on this, you know I would never endanger my children. I know you guys don't know anything about that kid but I swear to you, his a good kid, sure he had a tough life but his a good kid and I'm taking him in as apart of our family and he earned his place in this family but I'll explain later on but for now to ease your mind have Elijah run him through the system I don't mind, his name is Justin Miller but I don't need that though as I already know everything I need to but I got to go bro, my wife needs me but I will explain everything once my baby girl is born and if you want, you can go home and take care of your niece and nephew yourself but promise me you won't hurt that kid or even talk shit to him, he scares easily and I won't let you scar that kid, his been through enough as it is, just get to know him but for fuck sakes when you talk to him, talk softly, his Damaged but not beyond repair and I'll make him better, just don't fuck with him or I swear Dante I will not be happy and you know what that means!" I said then walked back to the room.
