Second First Sight

A little shorter this time and please tell me about any spelling/grammatical errors but here you go my loves! 

*Mei-after Yuzu fainted,*

I saw Yuzu faint and I didn't want to leave her side. I was there for almost a half hour before mother and father came in and suggested I go get a change of clothes. I was reluctant to leave my loves side but I decided in the end it was best. I may be gone from her for a little bit no one knew how long she would be out for. 'I should be back before she wakes up.' I decided It would be easier with different clothing to just change here.

I called my grandfathers limo and left, I didn't want to be long away from Yuzu so I rushed. Packing all I could into one duffel bag I ran back to the limo. "Please, back to the apartment, I've been away long enough."

Grandfather teased out the front door, "Be careful Mei! It's dangerous out there!" 'I don't care! I need to get back to her!' I thought to myself. The driver took off driving to her. 'Hurry up damn it!' I thought as we were cruising the streets.

I looked at my phone for the time, '8:50.. I've already been gone 30 minutes.' I silently urged the driver to go faster. Seeming like a lifetime of driving I finally arrived home, I was back. 'Yuzu.' I thought and ran up the stairs to the front door.

Opening the door I was going to greet my father and step mother but all I saw was Yuzu. 'She's alive!' I dropped my bag and she turned towards me. The only word escaping my lips were for her.

"Yuzu."

I ran and hugged her, 'I'm never letting you go again!' My thoughts raced over the past two hours. I didn't understand what happened but I do know for sure now that I want her. More than that, I NEED her, she is the source of my happiness, 'I'll never leave you again,' I thought as I hugged her.

Tears dropped from my eyes as I said, "I'm never leaving you again"

I looked up and she looked confused, so I let her go, "I guess we can talk now..." my step mother and father looked at me adoringly, full of concern.

"Yes.. we have a lot to talk about," said my step mother. I looked at my father and he just nodded saying, why don't we sit and have that talk now?" I looked at Yuzu, still confused she started towards the couch, and I followed her. Sitting as close as she would allow, we waited for our parents to start the story of what was happening and why or how they knew what was going on..

It was mother that started, " we have a lot of explaining to do.. I hope you two are comfortable.." shocked! I'm shocked, but Yuzu seemed confused.

'I want to hold her hand..' I thought. "See girls it all started..."
