Ellick Surprised

Part 7

The next afternoon
Nicks POV
Ellie's brothers had come back over, but hadn't said a word to her yet.
"Hey, guys can we talk to you?" They asked us while we sat in the kitchen. "Sure," Ellie said. "We wanted to apologize for yesterday, Ellie," George said. She just nodded. They continued, "We know you love Nick. And we understand it was an accident. However unlike you, we still love you. And we support all of your decisions, even though some may not be the best. But hey, we're gonna be uncles! We know Nick is gonna protect you and the baby, and we know he loves you more than anything in the world. We didn't mean to hurt you. We were just confused because you hadn't really mentioned dating Nick before. And we figured you would have told us already had it been a really serious relationship." "You're our little sister. We're just trying to make sure you're happy and safe and comfortable," Robert added. Ellie got up and hugged them. "Thank you. I love you guys, too," she said. "It's okay. I probably overreacted because of hormones, anyway," she said. "Thanks for accepting our apology," George said. She smiled. Seeing her happy was all I wanted. "I'm gonna go start packing," I said, heading upstairs. "I'll help," Ellie offered. "No, you stay with your brothers," I said. We were leaving later so I wanted to make sure I was all ready to go.
A few hours later
Ellie's POV
Nick and I were hugging everyone goodbye before we left for the airport. "Bye, Nick," My mom said, hugging him. "Goodbye, ma'am," he said. "Nice to meet you, Nick. It was very nice talking to you," my dad said. "You too, sir," he replied. They really liked him. I hugged everyone goodbye and promised I'd be back for Christmas. Then, Nick and I were off to the airport.
When we got back to D.C., we headed to my place. "They really seemed to like you," I told him. "Who?" He asked. "My family. They're normally so overprotective of me," I said. "Hmm, well, it must be my Torres Charm," he said. I laughed. "You're so full of yourself," I said. "So what exactly happened thanksgiving night?" I asked curiously. "Well, your brothers apologized to me and asked me how they should apologize to me. Then, on my way back inside, your dad and I talked for a few minutes. It was really nice," he explained. "Wow," i said. I was surprised all that happened and I hadn't heard about it yet. We continued talking about my family for a while before deciding to go to bed. We planned on telling Ducky and Jimmy about the baby tomorrow since they didn't already know.
I fell asleep quickly after getting in bed.
Suddenly I woke up and rolled over. I saw that the clock read 4:30. God, it's early. Then I felt a sudden wave of nausea come over me. I ran to the bathroom and made it to the toilet just in time. Nick came soon after I started throwing up and held my hair out of the way, rubbing my back to try to make me feel better. "Do you want some water?" He asked. I nodded. He soon came back with the water. "Maybe you should stay home from work today," he suggested. "We'll see how I feel later. This is probably just morning sickness," I said. "Is there any way to help it?" He asked me. "Not that I know of," I replied. He nodded and rubbed my back. It felt good. "Let's go back to bed," i yawned. "That's a good idea," he agreed, helping me up from the bathroom floor. We got in bed and fell back asleep.

A/N- not my best chapter and I didn't want to end like that but I'll be updating again soon. I've been busy with school and I've been sick. Sorry it took so long to write
