While Hiccup and Toothless were pursuing Grimmel and the Light Fury, the dragons of the Hidden World and beyond had heard Toothless let out mighty roars that could've reached the far reaches of Midgard, and it was a roar of distress, but most importantly, it was a roar of command.

To kill the Cabal who threatened their freedom and well being.

Cabal Hunters on their ships immediately began load an immobilizer and prepared to fire at the swarms of dragons in the air, but then Changewings appeared in front of them. The Hunters on the ship immediately began to panic and run off only to be stopped by a pack of Goliaths, who then fired gatling like rounds and began destroying the mainmast.

Mammoth and the two other Bewilderbeasts rose from the depths of the sea and destroyed hundreds of Cabal ships alone by hurling them up in the air with their tusks or dragging them to the crushing depths of the sea by leaping into the air and slamming back into the water; therefore creating massive tidal waves that dragged them down.

Cabal Flyers and armored dragons realized that they didn't need to be paralyzed by fear by these cruel and oppressive humans. So they fought back and killed those who tortured them and forced them to take the lives of so many and joined the rest of dragon kind in obliterating the Cabal fleet.

Back on board the Bludvist dreadnaught, Astrid led the Strike team in freeing more captive dragons on board while slaying any foreigner that stood in their way. Astrid saw a net wrap itself around Barf and Belch as they then crashed down the ship, hurling Ruffnut and Tuffnut on deck as well. "Guys!" Astrid cried as she raced to her friends, once confirming they were alright, the trio then turned they focus on a squad of Flyers that had just lost their Banshees to the call to rebel against them.

The Flyers drew their weapons and charged the three Hooligan Vikings, before they got any closer, the group of Flyers were sent flying by a lava blast from Meatlug, once they were down, Asbjorn urged Hookfang to finish the cruel dragon Flyers off.

"Yeah! Good job Meatlug!" Fishlegs praised his Gronckle, but an explosion hurled Fishlegs off Meatlug and sent Fishmeat flying out of Fishleg's torso pouch. When the baby Gronckle landed right in front of two Cabal soldiers, they laughed at the sight of Fishlegs getting back up and pointed their weapons at Fishlmeat.

"This fool brought a baby to a battle." One of the soldiers said with amusement, Fishmeat then crouched on all fours and growled at the two Cabal soldiers, Fishlegs then snickered at the two enemy soldiers and spoke. "I wouldn't do that if I were you two." Confused by Fishleg's words, the two soldiers cried out in horror at the sight of the Crimson Goregutter charging them from the air, only to change trajectory and smashed into the mast of the Bludvist dreadnaught, sending the tall post and its sails crashing down onto the foreign warriors who couldn't get out of the way in time. The Goregutter let out a loud roar and Fishlegs placed Fishmeat back in his pouch and chuckled at the sight of the huge dragon. "Gods I love that dragon. Thank you Crimson Goregutter!!" Fishlegs praised the dragon.

Whilst witnessing the disaster around them, Griselda, Chagatai and Rong heard someone clearing their throat behind them. Turning around, the three heads of the Cabal laid eyes on Valka, Eret and Gobber descending their respective dragons in front of them. "Sorry we're late for the party!" Gobber said, Chagatai let out a growl as he drew both his swords and twirled them around before replying back. "You're right on time!" Following their comrades example, Rong and Griselda drew their own swords before getting in battle stances. Valka slid off Cloudjumper and drew out her curved staff and shield before charging Griselda, following her example, Eret drew out his sword and charged Chagatai and Gobber engaged Rong.
