"Paaji aapne thoda late ni kiya puchne me.? "

Yoyo questioned taking a seat around the table, where sahil, Randhir were already seated in the canteen.

Randhir paused sipping his juice looking up to him and shrugged nonchalantly.

"late Kya.

Mujhe  Kuch khas interest ni hai janne ke liye, ye toh umm vo... bas general knowledge?

Haan general knowledge ke liye hai. "

"tumhare general knowledge ki base ek bas tumhari  dushman hi hai. "

Sahil chuckled, causing Randhir to frown slightly.

"huh. Aesa Kuch ni hai.

Mai koi marr nahi raha hun Uske bare me janne ke liye. "

"toh phir thik hai na paaji, mai bhi nahi batata ki vo kahan jaati hai.
Hum apna khana enjoy karte hain.  "

Yoyo shrugged looking down at his plate, while sahil suppressed a laugh, too focusing on his food.

Randhir twisted his lips, clearing his throat before looking up to his friends.

"aesa nahi hai ki mai desperate hun, but still... Still you knows guys curiousity?

Yoyo, tujhe bhi mann kar raha hoga na batane ke liye?

Toh bas issliye puch raha.... "

"paaji rehne do, hum bas tang kheench rahe the apki. "

Yoyo chuckled interrupting him, then continued.

"vo bhab... Sanyukta ji roz raat apne job ke liye jaati hain. "

As soon as Yoyo finished his line, Randhir's eyes snapped up to him that instant.

"job.? "

"oh ji  haan.

Aap dono   jo shadi karke aye the na raaton raat, uske chalte unke uncle ne college, hostel fees withdraw kar liye hain,

aur issliye bhab.. Matlab Sanyukta ji part time job kar rahin hain, college se thoda dur  ek restaurant hai, wahan receptionist cum cashier hain. "

Yoyo explained.

"ek min. Per Sanyukta ko fees ke liye  job karne ki Kya jarurat hai ?

Usne 1st year me scolarship  jeeta tha na, 3 lac ka .?"

Sahil furrowed his brows in confusion.

"vo toh Pata nahi.

Bas ye Pata hai ki vo fees ke liye job kar rahin hain. "

Yoyo chirped taking a bite from his burger, then glanced at Randhir who had fallen in a deep thought by then.

"Kya soch raha hai.? "

Sahil voiced out his words.

"umm.. Kuch nahi. "

Randhir shook his head resuming his eating, while Yoyo & sahil exchanged a questioned look at each other.

As the night crept in Sanyukta left the college campus  ,after escaping from the sharp eyes of ishika and the warden.

For god knows what reason Ishika seemed to have more interest in keeping an eye on her every move now a days, hence ssanyukta had to be more cautious around her.

Stealing a glance at her wristwatch she entered her destination, and the cool air inside the restaurant hit her instantly causing her to shiver a little.
