Sanyukta winced in Randhir's arms making him alert of their current state, hence he quickly laid her back carefully not touching any of her bandages.

Tumhe lagi toh nahi.? "

"pehle se toh itna laga hai aur kitna lagega.? "

Randhir ignored her taunt, eyeing Sanyukta expectantly who forced a smile on her face.

Randhir asked again.

She nodded meekly.

"uh per Yoyo toh bol raha tha ki tumhe kuch... "

"oh sorry paaji, vo mai aapse aese hi agar boldeta ki bhabi ji ko hosh agaya hai, toh apka thodi dair pehle ka reaction dekhne ni milta.

Yoyo chirped interrupting Randhir's words in middle.

"vo toh thik hai, per Randhir ne hame react karne ka mauka diya hi nahi.

Arey Sanyukta hamari bhi Kuch lagti hai, toh kisiki permission ho toh hum bhi thoda baat karlein.? "

Harsh cleared his throat eyeing Randhir, causing Renuka to elbow him lightly, Randhir's friends to suppress their chuckles, meanwhile Randhir looked a little embarrassed standing aside revealing Sanyukta to them.

Sanyukta blinked repeatedly smiling at his parents, who approached her and Renuka sat beside her on the bed.

"Thik toh ho tum.? "

Renuka cupped her cheek.

Sanyukta nodded as a yes, when harsh spoke up in between them.

"Sanyukta, mujhe pata tha tum Jarur thik ho jaogi.

Kyunki tum bhi meri tarah har dard seh sakti ho. "

"Aapko kaunsa dard sehna padta hai. "

Renuka arched her brow at him.

"tum.. *pause* tumhari healthy diet chats, no sugar policy se. "

Harsh replied,hence Sanyukta smiled at them.

"achha?

Mai apko baad me dekhti hun. "

Renuka twitched her lips looking back at Sanyukta.

"jokes apart, Sanyukta tumhe nahi pata hum kitne khush hain tumhe thik dekhke.

Ab bas jaldi se thik hoke ghar aana, at least  mujhe iss bahane gulab jamun khane milenge. "

Harsh grinned, and this time all laughed meanwhile Randhir stood quiet.

Just then the doctor came and checked Sanyukta properly examining her foot, hand to see if she had got any other fracture, then went away to prepare the report, while others waited patiently.
