Mutual Agreement

Sanyukta stared at him blankly ,waiting for him to laugh at his own joke but by the look of seriousness  his face was clouded with, she started laughing instead.

“ i don’t want to admit but  it was indeed a good one shekhawat.

My nervousness eased a little.”

She said controlling her laugh,then resumed eating the pizza ,while he sat in dead silence.

One ..two.. three mins passed ,when she realised he hadn’t spoken a word since that one line ,thus her smile started fading away and face turned blank again.

“were you serious.?”

The nod she got from him in reply was enough to confirm her query and her posture became rigid that instant.

“Are you fucking kidding me shekhawat? Don’t pull  on jokes like that  ever again, i’m warning you.now drop your drama.”

She scoffed gritting  her teeth .

How dare he makes a fun of her at this level?

Randhir released a deep breath straightening himself,then craned his neck to her.

“i’m repeating it for the last time Agarwal,i’m not kidding here.”

There he goes again.

“really ? then kindly explain what the hell are you trying to do here?

Shadi? Tumse ?  mujhse zyada tum jaante ho ye kabhi bhi possible nahi hai.

“mai jab tumhare room wapas gaya mobile lane ,tab tumhare uncle ke  ek admi ne mujhe wahan dekh liya.”

He lied not meeting her eyes.

“What? Tumne mujhe bataya kyun nahi pehle? Wait.kya unhe pata hai hum yahan hai?.shit hame yahan se jaana  padega.”

She started freaking out peeking through the window to make sure no one was there yet.

“kisiko pata nahi hai hum yahan hai,chill.but unhe ab tak pata chal gaya hoga tum wahan nahi ho,aur mai bhi.

Dekho shanti  se socho ab sab akele tumhe nahi ,hame dhundenge kyunki last time mai tumhare room me tha ,ab sabko yahi lag raha hai ki hum dono sath me bhaage hain as you know..LOVERS.”

She fumed.

“ek baar sochke dekho yahan se nikal ke tum college wapas nahi jaogi,per mai toh jaaunga na? Aur sab mujhe  dhundte hue wahan tak ayenge aur tumhare bare me pucheenge.

Mere dad head of the trusty hain ,aur mai nahi chahta ki ye sab vo jaane.”

“wow.tumhare dad ko pata na chale issliye mai tumse shadi karlun? What a logic shekhawat.!”

She taunted.

“tum mera chhodo ,aur apna dekho.

Tum yahan se jo bhaag rahi ho,kya guarantee hai tumhare uuncle tumhe phir se kheench ke nahi layenge shadi ke liye?

Bahar ladke wale aate hi onge,aur sabko pata chal jaayega dulhan bhaag gayi hai.tumhe  lagta hai tumhare uncle itni badi insult bear karenge?

Jinhone tumhari marzi nahi puchi shadi ke liye ,vo tumhari baat sunenge itna sab kuch karne ke baad?
