As the night hobbled in Sanyukta got ready for her job, and started leaving the college cautiously to make sure no one would see her leaving.
The moment she was passing the corridor got bumped with someone causing her to fall backwards but a manly hand held her wrist, maintaining her balance.
On regaining her posture she looked up to meet Randhir's cold eyes narrowed at her, en she scoffed withdrawing her hand from him.
"Tum?
Jahan jahan jaati hun tum tapak padte ho.
Itni raat ko yahan bhatak kyun rahe ho? "
"tum Kuch telepathic connection develop kar rahi ho Kya Agarwal?
Mai jo lines bolne wala tha, Wohi tumne bol diya. Vo bhi accurate. "
He chirped amusingly, shoving both of his hands inside his pant pockets.
"huh. Yahan deewaron se baat karte raho tum, mujhe bahut kaam hai mai chalti hun. "
She started walking away, only to be stopped by his voice yet again.
"ek min.. Kahan jaa rahi ho.? "
He questioned eyeing his wristwatch.
She turned around to face him with a bored look, but before she could reply he beat her to it.
"ye mat bolna ki 'that's none of my business '. Bahut purana aur pakao dialogue hai Agarwal.
Isse achha answer hi boldo. "
She rolled her eyes at him, then replied.
"apne job pe. "
"huh? Kyun.? "
His brows furrowed in confusion.
"kyun ka Kya matlab shekhawat?
Job pe kyun jaate hain.? "
She asked back.
"Dusron ka nahi pata per tum kyun jaa rahi ho?
College ki fees toh hogaya na deposite.? "
He blurted out, and regretted it the next moment, as she eyed him intently this time.
"tumhe kaise Pata college ki fees deposit hogaye.? "
She sounded curious, meanwhile he mentally facepalmed himself.
"err... Vo mai tumhe bolte hue suna tha. "
He lied and to his relief she bought the lie.
"ab bataogi kyun jaa rahi ho jab fees milgaya hai toh. ?"
He added, not giving her space to think otherwise.
"tumhari tarah mujhe koi time to time pocket money ni milta shekhawat.
Mai job pe jaaungi toh Kuch milega, bas issliye jaa rahi hun, aur Kuch.? "
He stood silent afterwards, which she took as the cue to leave thus she walked away.
"pata ni Kya hojata hai isko.pal me kbc aur pal me maun me chala jaata hai. "
She muttered under her breath, glancing at her back from where he was already gone, and a sigh escaped from her lips as she made her way out of the college.

Few hours later...
After finishing her left over work she closed her register, handling cash to the manager and took a leave from the resturant yawning a little.
