Sanyukta hissed at Randhir trying to free her hand from his hold, but her attempt turned out to be futile since his hold was tight.

Randhir ignoring her cringes, rang the doorbell and secs later his mom opened the door as if she already knew they had arrived.

Sanyukta literally snatched her hand from his hold en straightened herself quickly upon seeing the lady of mid 40 clad in a Saree in front of them, eyeing her only.

"Namastey. "

Sanyukta joined both of her palms, but then shook her head touching Renuka's feet instead.

Renuka shot her a cold look then at Randhir who took a step ahead to hug her but she showed a palm motioning him to stop, before calling out for a maid.

Sanyukta watched the maid coming walking with a big thali in her hand, and gave it to Renuka, who turned to her still with all blank face.

"Apna dupatta sar pe rakho. "

"ji.? "

Sanyukta gave her a confused look, hence the maid came forward and made her dupatta drape over her head properly.

Sanyukta tried to give a smile to the maid, but since the atmosphere was too much tensed she refrained herself from doing so.

"Mom ye sab kya hai.? "

Randhir questioned eyeing the thali confusingly.

"Ghar me pehli baar bahu aati hai toh arati karte hain. "

Came Renuka's reply.

"Akele akele shadi karli toh ye bhi tumhe Pata hi hoga. "

Renuka added quickly, which was enough to shut Randhir's mouth.

Sanyukta glanced at Randhir from the corner of her eye,then straightened herself not daring to utter a single word.

Renuka did an arati of them, during which Harsh too came to stand there and once after it was finished Sanyukta bent down to touch both of their feet.

Harsh cleared his throat narrowing his gaze at Randhir motioning him towards Sanyukta, hence Randhir stole a glance of her before following her action touching both of their feet.

"Good morning uncle. "

Sanyukta mumbled in a low voice, with a small smile.

"very good morning beta. Andar aajao. "

Harsh led her inside, followed by Renuka & Randhir.

"aap abhi tak naraz ho.?"

Randhir murmured in his mom's ear.

"Puch rahe ho ya bata rahe ho.? "

Renuka raised her brow.

"bata raha hun. "

Randhir sighed.

"Good. "

Renuka murmured walking away from him.

And it seemed to be an ages for both sanyukta en Randhir since the hall of Randhir's bungalow was in pin drop silence;

with Harsh, Renuka seated on a big couch, with Sanyukta at their front couch, and Randhir leaning against a pillar, folding arms across his chest, lowering his head.
