Chapter 8

Alanna's POV:

"Luke stop!" i yelled at the same time i burst out in laghter as Luke began tickling my sides. He knew very well how ticklish I was but that never stoped from making me almost wet myself.

"I just wanna hear you laugh" he said with the silly smile he got every time he said something he knew would make me blush. I gave him a small smile before leaning over and giving him a soft kiss. Before I could pull away he held me close to him and kissed me with enough intensity to give me butterflies. Luke knew he could make me nervous so he was always messing with me trying to figure how to do that exactly. After a second of letting him kiss me I felt heat rush to my face. I pulled away covering my cheeks with a small giggle.

"NOO baby I like seeing you blush" he said trying to pry my hands away from my face, and after a moment struggeling to keep my cheeks covered i gave in and let him remove my hands, thank goodness most of the blush had gone down by then. I smiled as Luke made a little pouty face upset that he'd missed it, so I kissed him again to make up for it witch he took gladly.

"Okay we need to go on our second date" He said sitting up and looking at me with a smile.

"Alright were do you wanna go?" I asked fixing my hair after it completely fell out of my hair and looking like I wen't through a tornado.

"Well what if we go to the ice rink and go play in the arcade?" He laughed. Luke was such a geek, but he was so cute I didn't care. He and Micheal had these nintindos they would always play with and honestly it was so funny.

"Sure lets go play in an arcade" I answered him with a laugh of my own before laying back down. I felt him grab my hands as he tried to pull me to my feet.

"C'mon Alanna" he said dropping my hands and picking me up bridal style.

I let out a small laugh and held onto him afraid he would drop me. "Right now?" I asked 

he nodded and carried me out of his room to the living room were I had left my bag and my jacket on the couch. I haven't been to an arcade since I was probably in like 5th grade, so this was all kinda funny that Luke who was 18 wanted to go to an arcade but then again it was just like him wanting to go. Turned out the it wasn't going to be just me and him instead it was going to be all the boys with me and him. I'm guessing this would be a lot more entertaining and I could already see them fighting over the pin ball machene.

We all drove in Ashton's car so I was squeezed in the back in between Ashton and Micheal since Luke wanted to drive and Calum wanted shot gun. I was laughing the hole time while Ash was threatening Luke telling him that if he wrecked his car he would be pissed and hit him in his "lower area" again, his words, mean while Calum and Mickey were argueing over withc station to play. All in all the car ride was a crazy, chaotic one, kinda like when you're with a big family going on a road trip.

We finally pulled into what turned out to be chukee cheese's. I leaned over Mickeal to look out the window and saw many kids coming in and out of the restaurant wearing party hats.

"Guys I think there is a birthday party going on" I said as they started to file out of the car.

"Well if they recognize us it'll one great birthday" Calum said shutting the door.

I gave a small shrugg and let Luke hold onto my hand as he appeared behind me and we all made our way to the door. So far no one knew who we were until we approuched the counter to get in and the girl there, who only looked about 16 or 17, covered her mouth as we approuched. She looked like she was about to faint.

"Hello" Micheal said leaning on the counter with a cool smile and tried not to laugh. She just smiled un able to speak.

"I'm sorry, can I just hug you guys?" She said running a hand through her hair and walking around the counter once she heard a bunch of yes's and of course. She wen't from Ashton straight to Luke who dropped my hand and wrapped his arms around her as she seemed to be crying in his shoulder.

He laughed and squeezed her tighter  "Aw love don't cry" he said with a smile as he still held onto her. I couldn't help it, I felt that twinge of jealousy at the way he held her, It was some how different. Not the way he would hold me but different, I couldn't put my finger on it. She pulled away wiping her eyes and He bent down to her eye level, He was holding onto her hand and looked down at her wrists were there were obviously scars across them. I saw Luke frown before intwining they're fingers.

"Ouch" He said looking back up at her "I can feel that yah know" She looked a little embarresed and wiped more tears from her eyes.

"I stopped a few weeks ago because of you" She said in a small voice and you could see the faintest smile on Luke's lips.

"What's your name?" He asked quietly. Micheal and Calum and Ashton were all talking about what game they wanted to play first.

"Katie" She said with a smile. I didn't think they asked what fan's names were.

"Well Katie please please promise me you won't ever hurt yourself again" He said pulling her into a hug again "I might have to come down here again just to make sure" There it was again, they pang of jealousy, I turned away and wen't to talk to the other boys after realising I was getting jealous of Luke pretty much saving a girl's life.

Luke's POV:

Once we had all gotten away from Katie, Alanna seemed to be acting different but when I walked over and wrapped my arms around her and kissed her, she seemed to have gone back to normal. After that Ashton and I wen't to go play on the dancing game thing. We both suck at dancing, like it's not even funny. I still won though, no matter what the game scores were.

Micheal and Calum were over on some racing games while Alanna was playing some other game I wasn't sure what it was, with Ashton. I walked over to Calum and Mike to watch them. They seemed to have registered my presence right away.

"Dude did you see Alanna?" Calum said and I immidiatly looked over at her in confusion, She was laughing at Ashton who was apparently losing, he booty bumped her sending her a few feet away and ended up getting behind. "No not right now" He said looking up at me.

"Then when?" I asked even more confused

"When you were talking to that fan, katie?, yeah katie" Micheal said swerving to the left to move his animated car on the screen.

"No what about her?" I was still not catching whatever they were trying to say.

Cal let out an annoyed groan "She was like really jealous, the way you were talking to Katie and the way you were holding her, it was making Alanna jealous"

I thought about that for a moment and then thought about how she had been acting weird after we left Katie "Really?" I asked watching as Micheal advanced leaving Calum behind.

"Yeah it was really obvious" They both said at the same time. I sat on a little box right behind they're seats to watch them. I never took Alanna as the jealous type, she always seem so cool about stuff, and Katie was a fan, I mean yeah sure she was really pretty but still. It was all so confusing but I pushed it out of my mind once she walked over and I pulled her onto her lap as she chatted away of how she beat Ashton.
