Chapter 18

Luke's POV:

"dude dude dude!!" My eyes opened faster then I thought was possible and I nearly would have jumped 7 feet in the air and landed on my ass on the ground had Alanna not been wrapped in my arms right beside me. Calum was standing right in front of my face and I felt odly uncomfortable. I leaned over and looked at my alarm clock witch said it was only 6:30 in the morning. great. 

"what do you want?" I yelled whispered as I tried to re-adjust myself so i wouldn't wake up Alanna. Calum had looked around for a second and quickly tip toed to my door, looked outside and shut it quietly.

"it's your mum" he said and it immidiatly got my attention. I sat up and untangled myself from my girl friend who was sound asleep in my bed with her hair all over the place. We walked over to my bathroom were we could talk without being over heard or waking anyone up.

"what about my mum?" I asked somewhat nervously.

"well she may or may not have figured out that you've been sleeping over at Alanna's house for the past 2 months and Mike and I have done our best of distracting her before she comes and see her in your bed"

"shit" I whispered and ran a hand through my hair. I loved my mum more then anything and I always did what she thought was best for me but she absolutely hated it when me or my siblings will stay at a girlfriend or boyfriend's house or they stay at our house. "I gotta get her out of here" I said and Calum nodded as we walked back into the room to see Alanna sitting up in bed talking to Ashton.

"So why didn't you tell us you had someone in your bed Lucas" he said with a chuckle trying to mess with me. I walked over to the foot of my bed and picked up Alanna's bag and her clothes that were laying on the ground.

"Ash I need you to get her back to her place" I said hurridly stuffing her bra and shoes into the bag.

"What why?" She asked getting out of my bed and walking over taking her bag from me. To be honest i WAS trying hard not to be distrcted by her in just my shirt and her legs that although she was short were sexy as hell.

"My mum can't know you're here" I said and handed her my jacket I was wearing last night, i supossed she didn't really have time to change or anything.

"Alright then let's go" Ashton said grabbing her wrist and leading her to my window that lead to the side of the house.  I told Ash just a sec as I pulled her over to me and gave her a kiss and then she was climbing out my window.

Alanna's POV:

Getting rushed out of Luke's room in the early morning through his window wasn't exactly how I imagined my morning would go, but when I finally walked through my apartment door in Luke's over sized Jacket and Iron Maiden t-shirt to the familiar smell of flowers and fabirc softener of my apartment I was suddenly feeling the need to take a warm relaxing bubble bath.

Once I had the bathtub filled with hot water and lavender scented bubble soap I was almost ready to jump in and try not to fall asleep when I felt my crotch area vibrate, it kind of made me jump but when I reached down into the pocket of his zipped up jacket that I hadn't taken off yet I felt my fingers run along a cool smooth surface. I pulled out the square object only to see that it was Luke's phone, I guess i would take it back to him later. I set it on my bed and was about to get in the bath when I noticed the name of the person who had sent him a message it was some girl named Lauren. I know it was wrong of me but I couldn't help it, I picked his phone up and as it turns out I still know the code to get in.

Reading over the message i felt my heart stop and my stomach twist into a thousand knots. 'hey lukey im in town 4 a few days y dont u stop by the lambridge hotel and i can do that thing u luv  just as if u were still on tour'  I didn't even know what to think, I couldn't even speak it was as if my whole body were frozen but my heart was slowly cracking into hundred of tiny little pieces. I had to know what this was about and before I knew it i was dressed and driving back to his house.

I almost couldn't even see the road because every two seconds my eyes would fill with tears that i would just have to push away until this was all cleared up. It only felt like 5 minutes before I was banging on the door and Michael opened looking somewhat confused and anxious, his eyes kept darting back and forth between me and the kitchen were Luke's mum was making something.

"were's Luke?" I asked pushing past him. Everyone was in the room, Ashton flipping through t.v channels on the couch, Calum on his phone at the dinning room table, Michael standing behind me, Liz in the kitchen and then Luke, he was looking at me funny. 

"Hey i thought I would see you later" He said and tried to kiss me but i had pushed him away not even realizing it. in fact I had pushed him hard enough to were he had to take a couple steps back and all eyes were on us. "Whats the matter?" he asked with a confused expression.

I took a deep breath before pulling his phone out "you left this in the pocket of you jacket you let me borrow" I said quietly as I turned the phone to him so he could see the message. I could see his eyes look over it as he read it and see his face completely drain of color. I didn't know what he was going to say and I didn't care anymore his expression said enough.

"Alanna can we talk about this somewhere else?" He said a little too calm. He tried to reach for my hand but I pulled it back; i didn't even want him to touch me right now. I tossed his phone onto the couch next to Ashton who looked down and read it. He looked back up at me and I could see the shock in his eyes, I could see the shock in everyone's eyes even if most of them didn't even know what was wrong.

"No." I said balling my hands into fists and looking down "No we are going to talk about it here" I said at the same time my eyes started to water up again. I looked back up at him and his expression had changed dramatically, he looked utterly broken. "you cheated on me" I whispered only for him to hear but from the gasp that came form his mom I assume other people heard it too.

Luke took a step towards me and he reached his hand out to me witch I involunatrily flinched away from sending another wave a torture his way. "Alanna please i messed up just let me explain" He said quietly. I just shook my head and felt the warm wetness of tears fall down my cheeks.

"I don't want an explanation, there is no explanation. You cheated on me while you were on tour with some random person, then you basically lied to me by not telling me. I don't want an explanation Luke!!" I hadn't realized I was yelling at him before I was done and trying to hold back my sobs.

There were tears falling down his cheeks now but for some reason I didn't feel anything by it, I didn't feel anything at all. "I know i know but please i messed up and I'm sorry im so so sorry Alanna please just let me fix this" He was right in front of me now and I had to look at him.

"there is no fixing it" I said as harshly as I could. I reached my hands out and pushed him away from me as best I could but since I'm not that strong I could only make him stagger a few steps back. "were done" I was really crying now witch probably should have been embarresing but I wasn't, i was beyond embarrasment, I had given my whole heart to a boy that completely broke me and there was no telling how badly i was broken, all i knew is that i don't think i would ever be fixed.
