Rejected? As if I care

Chapter 7- Richard's Pov:

A/N: This is a picture of Richard. He's hot right?

Paperwork was basically my life as an Alpha. I was drowning in work more than half of the time, but I always finished before the next hall of work came hurdling into my office by one of the pack's Omegas. Just as I was finishing up the last paper, in stormed my beta Sam.

"Alpha. The other pack has settled in, and the meeting will begin in a couple of minutes." He told me.

"Okay, well lets go start the meeting then." I replied, quickly getting up out of my chair and then make my made way over to the living room. As I was walking there, this strong scent hit me. Smelling of roses.

'Mate! Mate! Go get mate!' My wolf Jared yelled.

As I followed the scent all the way to the living room, it suddenly without warning disappeared. At this, my wolf began to whimper at the loss her scent. But because there was really nothing I could do about it, I began walking upstairs again. And again, just as I was almost to my office, there appeared the sweet scent again.

This time, I ran straight to the room she was in. Surprisingly, she was in my little sister's room. And when I slammed the open the door, there she was. She had long purple hair with black streaks and the most stunning purple eyes. I stood there stunned in place, then I whispered.

"Mate"

"I think you've got the wrong person wolfie. Because you see, I already have a mate." She explained. I growled at the thought of her with someone eles, and grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to me.

"You're mine, and mine alone." I whispered into her ear. At that, I felt her stiffen up greatly under my touch. Seeing Jem and me fighting, Lilly set down her dolls and walked over to the both of us.

"Big brother, why are you doing this?" She asked.

'Lilly do you remember when I told you about mates?' I asked her through our personal mind link.

'Yah I remember, you said it was like their soulmate.' She told me

'Well this girl, is my mate.' I told her.

'Jem's your mate?! Yay, then she'll be the Luna right?' She asked me excitedly. But before I could answer her question, Jem pushed me away.

"Im sorry, but I have to go." She rushed out, before she took off out the door. With each step that she took away from me, my heart felt like it was going to burst. Why would she run away from us? I thought sadly.

Sorry guys that this was a short chapter, and if it really sucked. But I promise to make them longer okay. So.....
