Note to Readers: I know I've seen a few other Outsiders truth or dare's on Wattpad, and I would like to give credit to those people for this idea, but I'm not sure who they all are, so I can't specify any names.  Thanks for the idea though, whoever you may be.  I hope you like this one, please comment and tell me what you think.

It was a Saturday afternoon and we had all been stuck at the Curtis's since Friday night due to the storm still raging outside.  Pony was stumbling over his words and Johnny was asking him to repeat like every sentence, obviously they were getting bored of the book they'd been reading aloud almost all morning.  Steve, Soda, Dally and Two-Bit were playing poker, but no one even got upset when Steve won yet again. Darry was reading the newspaper, and I was looking through the pile of crap on the coffee table, looking for something to do.

It was strangely quiet with all of us in the house, but that might have something to do with neither the radio or the T.V. working despite Two-Bit's efforts of messing with it for a half hour.  All we got was static and black and white fuzz.

I found an old English assignment of Pony's, from like two weeks ago.  It was no surprise that he got a perfect score, I remember not doing it.  I went into the kitchen and spent five minutes searching for a pencil with a tip and an eraser and then headed back into the living room, plopping down on the couch next to Pony.  I turned sideways, so my back was leaning against the arm, and put my knees up to balance the paper on.

Since I was looking directly at Pony and Johnny, I decided to sketch their faces.  The profile of Pony's and, well, basically a mug shot of Johnny, though neither of them was looking at me and noticed.  I was in the middle of drawing Johnny's hair when Steve came up behind me and snatched the paper out of my hands.

"What'd you do, trace Pony's face?" he asked, scrutinizing my horrible artwork.

"It's a little small for me to have traced his face," I replied with a smile.  It was bad, but at least he could tell what it was.

Soda stole it from Steve and asked, "How come Pony's face is larger than Johnny's?" as he held it over his head, trying to keep it out of Steve and now Two-Bit's reach.

Not wanting them all to tell me how bad it was, I hopped off the couch and then jumped on Soda's back, wrapping an arm around his neck and grabbing the paper back before releasing him.

As he shouted, "Hey!" surprised I had moved so fast, I folded it up and stuffed it in my pocket.  Him and Steve gave me pouty faces, and then Two-Bit jumped up from the floor where he had wrestled my brother to the ground on the precinct of cheating at poker.

"Let's play Truth or Dare!" he shouted, and Soda immediately said, "I'm in."

"Me too," Steve replied, and Dally retorted, "What are we, twelve?"

"Come on guys," Soda said to Pony, Johnny, and I, ignoring Dally's comment.

With a sigh, Pony grumbled, "Fine," and then turned to me to see what I'd say.

Being bored out of my mind and not wanting to deal with any more dumb questions about my stupid picture, I gave in.  "I will if Johnny does," I said, knowing he wouldn't unless he was forced to.

Everyone turned their attention to Johnny who hesitated a minute before saying," All right, but only if Dally plays."

I was surprised Johnny'd said that, but of course no one could resist Johnny, so with an exaggerated sigh, Dally got up and then plopped down in the arm chair that Darry had just vacated.  He was playing, and Two-Bit immediately snagged the other chair with a grin that we'd all agreed to play his game, leaving Soda and Steve to sit on the floor.
