It's been days since I last talked Jace and I haven't found the courage to tell him that I finally broke up with Shawn.

"Hey Jace, Shawn's in love with Jacob and we broke up so let's get together!" I said to myself in the mirror.

Ugh too straight forward

" Shawn left me for my brother but it's okay because I was gonna leave him for you anyways."

Elle no ! Try again

" Hey your cute,lets fuck!" I groaned and sat on top of the toilet.

Knock knock

" Elle you okay ?" Emily said knocking on the bathroom door.

I rushed to the door and smiled at her.

"Yeah! Why would you think I'm not?" I said nervously laughing.

" Kinda because you called yourself cute and asked to fuck," she said scratching the back of her neck.

I passed her and threw myself in my bed. Emily came beside me and started to rub my back.

" Still haven't told Jace?"

"Nope.." I said turning to look at the ceiling.

" Well , New Years in two days and my parents aren't going to be home so I'm throwing a New Years Day party." She said smiling.

" Emily what are you getting at here ?" I said sitting up.

" It's a new year Elle. It's chance to start of a new year with the right person and to finally make yourself happy."

" Emily I'm lost..." I said looking at Em.

"Oh for God sakes Elle ! On New Years Day you're gonna tell Jace how you feel once and for all and I'm going to help you."

I excitedly jumped on the bed and pulled Emily to jump with me.

" I'M GONNA GET MY MAN!"

" ELLE'S GONNA GET HER MAN !"

" Can I get one too ?" A voice said from the bedroom door.

Startled, I accidentally tripped over my own leg causing Em and I to fall on the floor.

"Ow ..." Emily groaned as Dylan walked over looking down at us on the floor.

" Well what are you waiting for ? let's help Elle get a man!" He said smiling.
