Chapter 11: Spoilt Skills

I quickly staggered off of Hunter's lap in shock. "This is not what it looks like-" said Hunter panicking and standing up walking towards Rachel who was crying.
"I trusted you.."
Hunter attempted to put his arm around Rachel but she threw it off in anger.
"But Rachel, it wasn't me. Alexa kissed me!"
"What!?" I shriek feeling betrayed, he threw me under the bus... So much for him being caring...

Rachel slowly turned her head to me, glaring at me with tears in her eyes. She marches up to me, pointing one of her manicured fingers at me.
"You have crossed me one final time Alexa, you do not want to mess with me, I can be scary.."
"How do you even know your boyfriend is telling the truth huh ?" I rolled my eyes
"Of course... he is, but anyway that is not the point, I can be scar-"
"Oh shut up will ya?!" I shouted in annoyance.
This finally shut her big mouth up and even Hunter looked at me in disgrace.
"What? I don't want to be pushed around by you spoilt highnesses"
Rachel's and Hunter's mouth hung open in shock and a big crowd of other mafia members were gathering around us! Their eyes were hungry for a fight and I could feel a fight brewing.

The crowd was looking at Rachel for her big comeback and I could see Rachel was under high pressure to embarrass me.
"Sorry, I cant think of an insult stupid enough for you" she laughed heartily. The crowd was quiet. Rachel was getting more and more embarrassed. Finally a smirk appeared on her face

"I know you were orphaned when you were a child, I feel sorry for you, but not for your parents."
This really burnt the deepest feelings in my core. I wanted to grab that tongue of hers and cut it off so she would never speak such horrific stuff again. I picked up all my feelings and pretended I didn't give a shit.
"You're just weak.. I can take you on any day!" I said strongly looking at her up and down and scoffing in disgust.

She began to laugh so hard, she was clutching her stomach laughing so hard, tears were forming.
But to my utter shock I heard this in the crowd "I honestly like the new girl more"
"I agree, she's spicier and better looking!"
Rachel's laughter turned into anger in a split second.
"I'm stronger than you Alexa... You don't wanna mess with me sweetie!"
She rolled up the sleeves on her grey dress and attempted to look frightening.
"I think it's the other way around!" I laughed.

Hunter looked worried looking between the two of us while the crowd continuously chanted "fight fight."
Rachel took of her red high heels throwing them across the room and began to run at me with full speed, arms ready to punch me. But I was too swift and ducked down and to the side while she ended up banging into the wall hurting her hand!
A cheer arose from amongst the crowd cheering me on! I was proud of myself and I wanted to show off my skills!

While Rachel was still recovering from her sore hand I launched in and took her down by grabbing her legs, making her fall. She was stunned but quickly recovered and shot up. She ran behind me and grabbed my hair pulling it down with force. I was not going to give up so easily. I turned my body around and punched her in the stomach making her gasp for air.
More cheering arose, everyone was happy.
I could see Hunter stunned in the corner of my eye. He wasn't sure who to cheer for...

"She's so good"
"Rachel deserves it"
"Go New girl!" Went on the cheering. Rachel looked defeated so I put my hands up in victory. But as I did I felt a sharp punch at my jaw and then I felt Rachel dig her nails into my shoulders and she pushed me down.

I fell on my back clutching my shoulders while Rachel stood up and looked down at me laughing.
The crowd had quieted down obviously disappointed in Rachel's victory. "Hellooo? I won, not her. Me!" Said Rachel annoyed to the crowd.

"Alexa, I know it hurts but remember your skills, you're good! Kick her while your down and then elbow hit her!" Said Kai giving me advice. Kai must be spying by a window or something. I was happy Kai was with me during this.

"Who said you won?!" I shouted and kicked her leg sending her down backwards beside me. I jumped up and with all my strength elbowed her once again to the stomach! She wailed in pain shouting for Hunter, who began to run towards her.

However by subconscious instincts kicked in and I took out my hidden gun from my leg and aimed it at Rachel's head. Hunter gasped and shot his hands in the air for peace. I was surprised by my own stupid action, I had just showed everyone that I had a hidden gun and that I wasn't just any servant! The crowd fell silent. All eyes were on me. I was screwed. I was the one in power here...
