I look at my left and see Damon's face smiling at me. Remembering I'm in his kingdom, I hurry to get up and notice I'm in the guest room he let me have for the night before. I blush and walk up to the the windows to think of what to do now.
I'm nervous and don't know what to say or how to act, when the sunrise scenery in front of me stops my train of thoughts. The wildlife around the castle is beautiful and breathtaking. I suddenly feel a peace I haven't felt in a long time and my mind is clear of what to do. Nervous but determined to no back down, I look up at Damon and speak in a clear but low voice.
" Damon, I want to stay here with you, but I'll need time to arrange some things first."
" Luna, I'll help in whatever I can, but don't speak in a low voice. I know it must be hard to have decided this and I want you to be sure of what you're about to do. It took a lot of arrangements to be able to be both human and myself."
" I know, Damon, but I'm sure of what I want. Will you give me the time I need?"
" Of course I will, Luna, but I would like you having me at your side during the arrangements."
" But ---"
" That's the only condition I have to give you time, Luna."
" Okay, then I accept the condition."
He smiles victorious and walks out of the room. But before he leaves, he reminds me that breakfast will be ready in ten minutes.
" We'll have about everything, since I still don't know your favorite foods here. Are you okay with that or do you have specific foods you found here yesterday you enjoyed so much?"
" No, a variety will be fine."
" Okay and by the way, one servant will be here in a minute to help you get ready, okay?"
" It's not ----"
" No denial there, Luna. You will be queen, so you better get used to being treated that way."
" Okay then. I'll be waiting."
" Good."
He leaves and just like he said, one girl enters one minute later and smiles kindly at me.
