Happiness( part 1)

After he made the announcement, we were surrounded by people cheering for us. After one hour of speaking and walking in the markets, I decide it's time to go back.

" Damon, I must really go back now. I need to start making the adjustments."

" Okay, my love. You'll go, but I'll go with you."

" I wouldn't have it any other way."

" Glad to hear it. Now, you want to go now or want to pack some clothes so our story makes sense?"

" Let's just go now. I know the perfect story for what happened."

" Good."

He announces he'll leave for two days and the wedding planning are to begin while we're gone.

Skip time to where they enter Luna's office-

" Luna, you're okay!"

" Of course I am, Jacky. Was there something I needed to do?"

" Yes, mam. A guy named Max came here two hours earlier and said he had a case for you."

" Oh. Did he say for what?"

" No, but he left you a note and this two bouquets of tulips."

" Keep them, Jacky. Also, Damon is allowed to enter this office again, okay?"

" Of course, Luna."

Damon and I enter the office. I open the note Max left, but Damon grabs it. He reads it, but his jealousy is evident in his voice.

" Dear love,

I don't know what happened to you and why you left me, but I know you must miss me as I miss you. I left these tulips for you and I hope you enjoy them. Sadly, I also need you as a lawyer right now. My sister's husband is about to commit a stupid act and I know you are the one for this case. I hope to see your lovely face soon and hope you'll reconsider being with me again. Till we meet again."

" Wow. That was a weird note to leave."

Damon doesn't respond and I look up. His eyes are full of anger and I see he is about to transform. I quickly get up and kiss him. He stops his transformation and pulls me towards him. After we separate, he decides to call Max and make it clear I'm taken.

" Um, Damon, I want to help him."

" Why?"

" Well, I'm friends with Laura and she's in trouble right now. Besides, this will be the chance we need to tell Max I'm taken and we'll separate in a friendly way."

" Very well, but I won't leave you alone with him."

" It's nice to see you jealous, you know."

" You're mine and I won't let you go without a fight."

" I know, but I already chose what to do and who to love. Don't worry. But to calm you down, you can be here when Max and Laura arrive. I'll make an appointment right now for them."

He agrees and I call Laura. She answers on the first ring.

" Yes?"

" It's Luna."

" Luna, it great to hear your voice right now! Did you choose to take my case?"

" Yes, but we need your brother and you to get here right now. Your appointment is official and Jacky will let you guys enter without having to wait."

" Okay, we'll be there right away! But could my precious Danny come too? I'm afraid to leave him with his father."

" Of course! See you guys soon."
