I found a pair of pink sunglasses in the room that had become mine, but when I put them on I realized they weren't just sunglasses. They were like the helmets of the Paladins, except smaller and not as protective. They had a radio so I could communicate with the others and they had a screen inserted on the inside.

When I walked towards the bridge all I could hear were the others making bad sound effects, each of them with their own way of making a gun sound. I sighed, thinking how these were the people meant to save the universe.

"Do you all have a plan?" I asked, walking into the bridge.

They all looked at me, Lance smiling when he saw me. "Whoa, Aris, lookin' beautiful"

"Where'd you find that outfit? I don't recall having that in my closet," Allura asked.

"I found it in the room I'm staying in. There was a bunch of clothes like this. I also found some armour. I think it used to be my mum's"

"Really?"

I nodded. "I saw a picture of her in her armour when I was young, and the armour I saw was the exact same. Anyway, what were you talking about?"

"So, the plan is to toss Blip tech into the tunnels so we can see what's going on. Then we go and do what we can," Pidge explained.

They flew down to the surface in their Lions, taking out one of the stations that was shooting at us. I remained with Coran and Allura in the Castle of Lions, helping with things they'd need.

"We've located a hangar full of Galra fighters just below the surface. Someone has to take those out before they can launch," Allura told them.

"They're luring us down, but we have no choice," Shiro said. "Keith, Lance, you guys hit the hangar. Hunk, head to the prison to rescue Shay and the other Balmerans. Pidge and I will track down the Galra soldiers"

"Keith or Lance, one of you come get me. I can keep all the ships from ever taking off again, if you get me down there," I informed them.

"I'm on the way," Keith said.

"Hey! I was going to go get her," Lance whined over the intercom.

"Lance, his Lion is faster than yours," I said matter-o-factly.

"We'll meet you down there. Don't do anything without us," Keith said seriously to Lance.

"Yeah, Yeah," Lance grumbled.

I stood beside Keith as he drove the Red Lion, it still seemed a bit reluctant to let someone fly but Keith was managing to fly as perfectly as he could through this battle zone.

But then the Lion seemed to take control for a moment, roaring while making a very tight turn around a mountain side, sending me across Keith's lap on my stomach.

"Sorry, I wasn't expecting that sudden turn," I mumbled nervously.

With slightly red cheeks I pushed myself up, freezing when my face was directly in front of his. My cheeks darkened, and his face turned a slightly different shade as well.

I got off of him and stood up, not looking his way even as we landed and went towards the hangar. Inside the hangar we could see all the ships, all of it only being guarded by a few Sentries.

"Let's go," Keith said, forming his sword with his bayard.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Cool your jets, Keith!" Lance said, grabbing the back of his armour to keep him from running off. "Don't you remember that stuff about this Balmera thing being a sensitive animal?"
