Chapter 64

"I'm surprised that the two of you took a break from Jedi training" Jacob said. "If we don't take Cecilia and Renesmee to my dad, he'll come to us" I said as I drove. "27 vampires, 1 human? Not so great" Bella said. "I know that's what you told Jasper and Edward" Jacob said. "Whatever" He continued.

"I'm just glad to get away from all those reeking blood suckers" Jacob said and I rolled my eyes. "I'm sorry. I know, they're the good guys but come on, Dracula one and two are creepy" He said and Bella and I burst out laughing with him. "Mommy, where's Sethy?" Cecilia said. "He's already at grandpa Charlie's" I said looking at her through the mirror.

I arrived at dads and parked the car. Cecilia and Renesmee jumped out of the car and ran into dads arms. "Look at you two, you've grown half a foot. Seriously like 6 inches" Dad said as he put them down. "Come on inside, lunch is on the table" Sue said. "We got a tree to decorate" Dad said looking at the girls.

"Thanks Sue but umm we actually have a few errands to run. We'll be back soon ok? Have fun Ceils" I said and she ran over to me giving me a quick hug. I kissed her forehead before she ran back over to dad. I climbed into my car and Bella climbed into the passenger seat. I drove away from dads house heading towards Seattle.

After a while I pulled into a parking bay and quickly popped my contacts in. Bella and I climbed out of my car quickly walking inside the building. I slipped off my coat as I walked in leaving me in my long sleeve grey dress, tights and healed ankle boots. Bella and I walked up to a host. "We're meeting Mr Jenks" Bella said. "Right this way" the man said before guiding us to a table.

He opened a curtain and we walked in revealing J.Jenks. "Mrs Cullen, Mrs Hale" He said standing up. "Hi" I said as he shook our hands. "I'm so happy you called" He said. He motioned to our seats and I sat beside him as Bella sat across from him. "I always meet my private clients here. It's more comfortable than the office" J said.

"And it's more public" Bella said as she scanned the restaurant causing him to chuckle lightly. "So what type of work do you do J?" I said. "Oh you know this and that. It's always different which keeps it interesting" He said. "Have you known Alice and Pierre long?" I continued. "I've been working with them for more then 20 years and my late partner knew Pierre 15 years before that. He's uh...unusually well preserved" He said.

"Yes he is" Bella said. "I trust that Mr Pierre is enjoying his vacation" J said. "He didn't tell you where he was going did he?" I asked. "No no no he just mentioned he was leaving when he came by to place his order" J replied and I nodded. "I assume that his order is ready?" Bella said. "Of course. I've never been late with a delivery" J said before sliding to yellow envelopes over to us.

I looked around before lifting the envelope and opening it to see two passports and two plane tickets. I opened the passports and saw they were for Cecilia and Seth. Jasper and I aren't going with her? I thought to myself. "There a problem?" J said noticing my confusion. "No. My husband and I thought we'd all be travelling together" I said.

"Pierre said only four were travelling. His instructions were very clear" J replied. "It was my mistake. Apparently that's not going to happen" I said putting the passports and tickets back into the envelope. Bella and I left the restaurant and headed back to Forks. Cecilia was going to have a future, but Jasper and I wouldn't be apart of it.

If I was still human I would be crying right now. The thought of my daughter growing up without me breaks my heart. I made it to my dads and picked up Cecilia and Renesmee. After saying goodbye to dad we headed back home. I entered the house with Cecilia walking upstairs to the living room.

"Daddy!" Cecilia called before she ran into Jaspers arms as he stood beside Peter and Charlotte. "There's my little princess" Jasper said as he spun her around and tickled her under her chin. I headed into Carlisle's office and went to his stationary. I grabbed a pen and paper before heading into the family closet.

I grabbed a black backpack and about $50,000 in cash. I sat down and began writing her a letter.

My dearest Cecilia,

I never thought I would see the day where we would be separated. I never wanted to leave you. Unfortunately in these circumstances it was the only option left to keep you safe. Seth has taken you away to look after you. I know and trust he will protect you and keep you safe from harm as long as you are together. Everything you will need is in this backpack. I want you to know that your dad and I love you endlessly and one day we will be reunited again and be a family. I'm sorry that things ended up like this but we will be together again I promise. I love you so much my darling.

I folded her letter and wrote one to Seth.

Dear Seth,

Thank you so much for everything you have done for Cecilia. I trust you with her life and I know that you will keep her safe. Everything you need to look after yourselves is in this backpack. Passports, cash and an emergency credit card linked to my bank account. Once again thank you for everything Seth.

I folded his letter and put them in the backpack. I wrote down my PIN number for the card and put it in the bag too. I zipped it up and sighed.
