The next day in school, my world turned around . Rumours had it saying that I slept with Noah when We just kissed once. or twice. When I entered my classroom, They were all looking at me . I ignored their stares an sat in my space . The whole hours went like that and I couldn't wait to see Trisha and Destiny. Once they were In view, They ran towards me .
" What is all the rumors ?" Trisha asked.
" well me and Noah kissed and he probably said we had a night when I left at 7pm."I say simply.
" So you find it normal to kiss Noah? was it good? say the truth ." Destiny said .
I sigh .
" Yes it was wonderful. It felt right then but now that he's lying about what happened I feel like he didn't care as much as I did ." I say sadly .
" don't worry rumours come and go it will end. " Trisha said rubbing my back .
We carried on talking till I went to my locker to see noah making out with christia . I get closer and budge them carefully .
" Budge lovebirds . I want to get suff in my locker ." I say angrily .

" Maybe I'm just having a bad day and seeing you making out infront of my locker didn't help . Now excuse me." I say and opened my locker .
I take some books out of my locker when Christina whispers in my ear .

I take my stuff and leave to my next class. Like every art class I'm next to Noah . I Sit down ignoring his presence . we needed to draw something that that we love . I chose to draw mayley . While I was drawing camly , someone interrupted.
" look nothing happened yesterday , I don't like girls like you . sorry."Noah tells me .
" Noah does it look like I give a fuck ? Don't you think I know that youre not worth it ? I mean come on even the school nerd kisses better than you ." I reply .
" But you enjoyd it ." He said smirking .
" I was bored . plus You have a new girl every week so how can I think I'll be an exeption?" I say laughing . I continue drawing till I'm finished . He was such an asshole literally fuck him .
School went passed quickly and I was now on my way home . as I knocked on my door , I could hear my parents arguing. My mother opens the door . and go straight up stairs . I decide to listen to their argument .
I go down the stairs slowly to be able to listen .
" You spend to much time with your gang you're home but not with us . We need you. Mayleane needs a father too !"
" Mayleane deserves it and I asked you a lot of times to join the gang . You will be protected Leah !" My dad shouts . What the fuck are they talking about ? a gang ?
I listen closer .
" I don't wanna join because it's also dangerous .I might get killed !" she yelled .
" But I'll protect you alright ? we will go together to the underground fighting tonight . and I'll protect you and show you to my gang alright ?" He said calmly. Are they talking about the place Noah fights? Cool . I'll go too .
" alright ." Mum said . I hear steps getting closer so I run into my room . I jump on my bed and open a book . My dad opens the door .
" why were you at mrs evans place yesterday?" He asks me coldly.
" You guys weren't home and mum said I could go wherever I want ."I say choosing my words carefully .
" No I didn't . You liar I told you to go to destiny's house ." She shouts from the other side of the house . " so your lying to your father ?" He says getting closer .
" No dad I swear that she said that . believe me for once ." I say my voice shaking
" I don't believe you ." Was all he said .
He slapped me endlessly telling me to not lie again and again .
It hurt as fuck .I wasn't crying though I didn't have the strength to make them fall. The more I denied he carried on .so chose to lie . and it worked . How can I not lie now ?
