I got ready for our trip with Noah but I didn't have enough clothes. I didn't want to go back there.
So I just added things under to make it seem like my suitcase was full and closed it. But just when I was about to close it, Noah opens it.
"can I see?" his drunk self said. I nod and he checks the clothes but feels something hard under.
He picks the clothes off and sees small boxes under. Je frowns then looks at me.
"why is that here? Do you want to bring boxes?" he says confused.
"nahh leave it" i chuckle. He then understands and I pray God he doesn't laugh. Even if he is drunk it will still hurt.
He hugs. Tight.
"don't worry I will buy you clothes tommorow." he says. I smile and hug him back. It was a step. About 1 hour ago, he was angry and all but now he's softer.
If he's like this I would drug him everyday.
"thank you Noah thank you." I whisper. I pull away and take advantage of the situation to ask him questions about his criminal friend.
"so why exactly is John in prison? "I ask, sitting on the bed. He joins me on it laying down.
" they say he raped and killed a girl but he's innocent he has to be. " he says. I gasp.
" it's horrible how can you be friends with him and after even dare bail him out?"i shout in disgust.
" I have to. One day he did something for me and I Told him he can ask me what he wants. Months later he came up to me with this story and I had to help him plus I don't think It's him. ."
" don't u think he did it? I mean police don't put men in prison for something they didn't do without enough evidence right? "I say.
He laughs hard..
" what's so funny? "I ask suspiciously.
" you're too innocent for this world may. "he says smiling.
I huff and stand up.
" goodnight ". Walking out.
He doesn't say anything and I just carry on walking on my room to land on my bed, falling into a deep sleep.

Noah' s POV
Ugh my head is pounding. I open my eyes but I see blurry. I stand and go to my bathroom to wash my face. I head back to my room trying to remember what happened yesterday. I was drunk and i spoke to Mayleane about john. i dootn remeber how far i went but I dont think i ssaid too much .
Even my drunk ass is smart.
i come back in the room and i get changed . i go down stairs to eat whe i hear Mayleane and mum talking i eavedrop .
" no I dont think it's important i can go like that . i dont need more . " Maleane said confidently .
" No Noah will help you go pick clothes ok ? i will give you dome money so that you can go buy some . " My mum insists . I then hear the sound of cash and i guess she's handing it to mayleane . I peak through the key whole and i see mayleane hesitanntley taking the money and shving it in her jean pocket . I sigh .
" uh is someone here ? Noah! " My mom shouts . I run uptairs when I hear her aproaching . i act tired walking down the stairs .
" mom why are you shouting?" I say irritatidely . I mean faking it.
" i just heard noise i thought it was you . " she says confused.
I nod and continnue my way to the kitchen . I hear Mayleane chuckle .my head snaps her way .
" what so funny?"
"you're acting skills are really poor Noah ."she says smiling.
" like if you could do better ." I huff and make myself cereal .
"can you please go shoppig with me ? Invite andrew and mike if you want . i'm inviting trisha ad destiny . " she pleads .
" okay ". I nod

Maylean's POV
"why is destiny suddenly staying with Mike?" Trisha asks eyeing them. I shrug and carry on walking behind Noah, Andrew and the others.
We spoke on the whole way there. Mainly Trisha and I. Destiny and the others were to busy laughing on stupid jokes that me and trisha wouldn't laugh about.
Arrived at the mall we stay in big groups. We first enter forever 21 to find ourselves summer outfits. The boys obviously pissed enter too.
I choose my dress and enter the changing rooms.
I first put a pair of shorts that I loved. I then opened the curtain to see Noah waiting in front on his phone.
"how do you find it?" I say spinning around so he can see it all. His eyes leave his phone and rake over my body. I feel tingles throughout my body. "try another one." he says simply. I sigh. I was hoping to see stars in his eyes or something.
I then change to another black skinny dress that showed each edge and curves of my body. After a few minutes, I open the curtain and wait for him to see me.
He stares at me for a long minute before he scratches the back of his neck.
"uh you're beautiful. I mean the dress is beautiful" he stammers.
" I know but I'm not taking because I didn't bring enough I'm already buying 2 jeans 4 hoodies and the shorts. We should get going to pay ."I laugh.
He stands up and follows me. Just when I was about to put the dress backat it's place he takes it and keeps it.
" What are you doing? "I say.
" I buying it of course " He says in a duh tone.
" oh thank you Noah it so sweet! "I say hugging him. He pulls me back .
" Who said it was yours? "he asks. I loose all hope and stand back.

But she said I was fat so It couldn't fit her. I push the thought aside and pay for my clothes.

This chapter took so much time sorry. Its nearly summer vacation for me in France its in a week and a half. 🇫🇷I'm visiting England for summer!
