Mayleane's pov
Yesterday, late at night Noah and I started talking. He explained me about his visit to Dani and the information he'd got from him. apparently, may's boyfriend ,or my ex friend John was in a gang mayley didnt know about .
It kind of shocked me at first but I thougfht he was a good guy but he ended up killing her .
I didnt say that to Noah because I was quite scared he would ask to many questions we decided that we were going to see each other to talk about it .
I didn't know how to announce my growing feeling for Noah, all of this was so new for me and i had no fucking idea where i was heading .
Trisha announced me that the date with pizza guy was actually a morning date so I had to get ready and inform Noah too. I go casual with a pair of blue ripped jeans and a crop top. Noah that joined me after I sneaked out from my living room window. Noah who was naturally breathtaking, g was wearing his usual clothes. Trisha had gave instuctions about how to behave infront of luke and things we needed to do so that he does moves to trisha aka, acting like a couple. To do this , i mentally prepared myself.
"Hey don't stress out its just faking and kissing no biggy." he says easily. It seemed to be easy for him. If that's how he takes a kiss then what happened last time shouldn't matter to him. I nod and act like I agree,even if I wasn't being honest, I wasn't gonna act like It meant Alot cuz it will just be embarrassing.
We enter a breakfast in America restaurant and wait for trisha and like to enter. When they come in, she was laughing and holding him by the arm. When she saw us here smile widened and I started to wonder if she was really shy about this.
"oh hey my friends!"she shouted from. The door and waved at us. We waved back and they were getting closer. I can see Noah flinch when Luke comes in view. I hold his hand from under the table and he soonly relaxes from my touch.
" hello I'm Luke - "Quit the presentation we know you already so can we get the eating please?"Noah says instantly. I squeeze his hand and pat his shoulder.
" sorry my umm boyfriend is quite nervous at the moment he's going through a rough time." I say nervously. The only thing that made me nervous was the word 'boyfriend'. I could see Noah smirk as I pronounced the word.
I couldnt help but smile back. The hole dinner happened in peace but John had to ask questions. Too many questions.
" so since when are you two dating?" he said asked suspiciously. "2 weeks." I say quickly. He shakes his eyebrows demanding for more information.
"trust me at first we hated each other. I mean he was a badboy the type of boys I hated the most. I didn't like the way he reacted and all. But the more I knew him the more I wanted him. It was hard for me to realise that. We stayed together found out each others secrets and when we needed to leave each other, we couldn't. It's like if we were bound to stay together. Since that day we hung out and after some weeks, we'll it happened. At first we weren't sure but we told each other our feelings and it was just mutual. "I say calmly.
"wow."he says. I bid and just stare up Noah who was already looking at me. He dived in and kissed me. I immediately reacted by putting my hand on his neck and pulling him closer. Before the kiss became too deep I pulled away and smiled at him. A emotion I never seen was written all over his face. I stared at him a bit more before we hear a cough. We both looked away and focused on them.
"um anyway how is things going on between uh you two?" I ask changing subject.
"totally fine I mean we are getting along well I hope I could take her out another time." he says smiling at her.
"ooh how cute, you have my permission for you know..." I said patting his shoulder. He nods and leans in to kiss her cheeks and Trisha blushes instantly and looks at me. I stand up and take Noah hand.
"well we are going to leave you alone. Let's go Noah." I say walking to the door. They both nod and I head outside. Once outside I hold his hand tighter. "well today was good right?" I say looking up at him. He nods.
"Why did you kiss me?" I ask. He doesn't answer for a moment. "Well we had to make it look real right, I mean what you said seemed so true I guess I had to do something too." he says simply. I sigh. It seemed so real because I was really imagining us. He kissed me because he was doing same. He wouldn't just kiss me like that and I know it. I choose to drop the subject to not argue.
We arrive in front of my house and I enter, Noah protctive since he found out what they did to me comes in with me. Hopefully his mum was there talking to my parents. We entered and sat on the couch.
"oh here you are little sweeties, we were just talking about you guys. We want all of you to have a trip at your dads house. Mayleane can come I arranged this with her parents. She will surely make friends there."mrs Evans says sweetly. I stare at Noah who was just standing still. I try to stroke his arm to relax him but it doesn't work. Instead he holds my hand tighter and that's when my dad get suddenly angry. Indeed, I didn't see the current position we were in. Awe were so close we were literally breathing the same oxygen and our body's were touching. Not to forget his hand in mine and my hand on his arm.
"alright lover boy don't you think it's time to go home, I don't want you to get to comfy." my dad said and pushed him and his mum to the door.
Once they were out, I directly got slapped. "oh well getting to close to that boy doesn't do good may." "don't cal me that. You lost that right the first day you layed a hand on me." I shouted back. Pushing him away from me. Acting this was was a risk I had to take. I ran up the stairs but he pulled me back down and I banged my head against the wall.
"ow " I whisper. This only seems to exite him. "your going to go with her of course, but first, I'm gonna give you what you ." my dad says. I slowly walk away but grabs me and he sends a punch in my direction but it never arrives I open my eyes and see my mum holding his arm. "alright honey its enough for tonight." she whispers in his ear.
