When we got back to the Fishman household, Adi bolted for his room and Tal and I for his room.  I grabbed this:

And changed into it, slipping on white shoes right away just in case.  I put my hair into a messy bun after brushing through it quickly.  I put on perfume, not knowing what was going on or where we were going...if we were even going any where.  When I exited the bathroom, Tal was changed and wearing dark blue basketball shorts and a yellow, long-sleeve Timeless brand hoodie.  He was sitting on his bed and putting his shoes on.  Once he was done, he took my hand and led me into the kitchen.

"Are you hungry?"  He asked me and Adi since Adi had just walked into the room.

"Yes."  We both said at the same time.  We looked at each other and started laughing.  Tal looked back at us from where he was looking through the cupboards and rolled his eyes, going back to looking for something to eat.

"Any suggestions?"  He said, rummaging through the fridge.

"How about ravioli?"  Adi said.  I nodded my head, agreeing with that idea.

"Ravioli it is then."  Tal said, having seen my head gesture.  Tal reached in the freezer and pulled out a bag of frozen ravioli.  Adi walked over to the cupboard, opening it to reveal all different kinds of sauces.

"Eva, come help me pick a sauce."  Adi said, examining the contents of the sauce cupboard.  I walked over next to him as Tal started boiling water in a pot, and examined the choices.

"How about four cheese?"  I said, pulling out a can of four cheese sauce.

"oooh..and we could mix it with meat sauce!"  Adi said, pulling out the meat sauce.

"That's a lot of sauce."  I pointed out.

"Mom and dad should be home soon. We have a big bag and our dad loves a ton of sauce on his pasta."

"So he likes sauce with a side of pasta?"  I said, going off of what Adi said.

"Pretty much."  Tal responded.

"Wait..what time is it?"  I asked, searching for a clock around me and not finding one.

"It's about 4:45."  Tal said, standing by the stove and continuing to wait for the water to boil in the pot.

"Already?  How long were we at the beach?"  I asked, feeling like time was slipping away quickly.

"A long time."  Adi said, getting out plates and forks.  Since the water was finally boiling, Tal poured the noodles into the pot, stirring every few seconds.

"You need to let them cook."  I said to Tal as Adi set the table with the forks and plates.

"What do you mean?  I am letting them cook."

"You have to stop stirring it the whole time and just stir it every so often.  Here, watch."  I walked over to where he was standing and took the stirring spoon from him, waiting a few mintues before I stirred the noodles.
