Bullied (A Tal Fishman Fanfiction)

Chapter 37

When we got to school, my heart started beating very quickly in my chest.  Andy would be there, and I would most likely get teased again/still.  At least I had Tal with me this time and he won't be the one bullying me.  I forgave him long ago, but I think he still thinks I hold that against him.  I don't though, and I didn't say any of my thoughts or feelings aloud because he might get slightly offended or he might get sad.  I didn't want that to happen.  We came to school early to visit all of our teachers and get some of the work we had missed, and maybe even get some extra time to catch up on it.  Since we were seniors, we had quite a bit of study time embedded into our day.  This was very helpful, especially in this case.  

"Tal, do you think we're going to be able to graduate?"  I asked as we started off to our first class.  

"Yes.  We just have to work hard and study our butts off.  We also have to spend a lot more time working on homework and getting sheets and things done."

"Yeah.  I think we can do it though..right?"

"Right.  We just need the will power to do it, and then we can accomplish anything we put our minds to.  I say we can do it and be able to graduate, passing all our classes and being able to keep up on work."

"We won't have much time to do anything BUT homework for the next few weeks."

"Yeah, but I did get you all to myself for a while in the hotel."

"That WAS nice."  I said, remembering back to when we had stayed in the hotel, which really wasn't that long ago.  I don't know..I'm pretty bad at keeping track of days and how long it's been. "YOU'RE MOVIES!!"  I said in surprise, realizing that all his movies had been left behind.

"It's alright. You saw most of them any way.  It wasn't like I was going to watch the bad ones again, and I own several copies of the very best ones." 

"Thank goodness."  I said.

"What about Alfredo?"

"We can always get another one and name it Alfredo Jr.  It may not be the same, but it'll be similar."  Tal said.  

We spent the next hour before school started going to each teacher and getting piled with more and more homework to do.  We didn't actually see anyone until we were done checking with our last teacher of the day.  We walked out to see Andy and Miranda making out by the lockers.  They pulled apart quickly when they saw who we were.

"Eva?  You're getting along with Tal?  I guess you were right Andy."  Miranda commented.

"I told you.  They're dating.  They're in love now, even though he bullied he her for so long."  Andy said, attempting to whisper to Miranda but failing.

"I can see you two are getting along just fine."  Tal said.

"Yeah.  We figured...why not get together since we've liked each other for a while now and just haven't realized it."  Andy said, staring at Miranda with a sort of lust.

"We should leave."  I whispered to Tal seconds before Andy and Miranda's make out session turned into full on sex.  Tal and I quickly shuffled away, rushing to our first hour class.

When school was finally over, Tal drove us home and we spent the next five hours working on homework.  Since it had been Friday, we also spent the next two days finishing everything.  We turned it all in on Monday and life went back to normal..well, almost.  Tal and I were dating still, and Andy and Miranda were dating also.  We were able to graduate, and moved into an apartment by the water.  Tal and I hung out with his brother, Michael, and Anthony quite a bit, and ussually ended up making fun of each other.  

Tal, who had originally been my bully, was now the greatest thing that had ever happened to me..
