"Hello?" I said groggily after being awoken by my phone ringing.

"Shit, did I wake you up?" Nolan said from the other side of the phone.

"No," I lied, not wanting him to feel bad.

"Yes I did," He chuckled, "Sorry about that."

I smiled at the way his strong Canadian accent sounded through the way he said "about".

"It's okay, I didn't want to sleep too long anyway. What's up?"

"I just wanted to see if you wanted to come over," he said. I could tell that he hadn't woken up too long before this either.

"Sure. I have a class in thirty minutes, but wanna pick me up after? I'll be done around 12:30." I replied, a yawn coming out of my mouth.

"Sounds good. We can grab lunch on our way back if you want." Nolan said, I could hear him turning on his shower in the background.

"Great. See you then."

I smiled to my phone and looked up at the ceiling.

"Was that lover boy?" Maddie questioned from under her duvet.

"Go back to sleep, creep," I said, getting out of bed to grab a shower before my class.

After a I took my shower, I got dressed.  I threw on Nolan's sweatshirt and a pair of black leggings. I slid on my Vans and grabbed my backpack, saying goodbye to Maddie before leaving my dorm room.

"Have fun with your boy toy, and remember, I'm not ready to be an auntie yet!" She yelled before I quickly shut the door on her.

My class felt especially long today, probably because I was looking forward to seeing Nolan. I've been really busy with papers this week so we haven't had much time to hang out. We've hung out of FaceTimed almost everyday since that first day we went out, which was about a month ago.

But, today is Friday which means there will be a game tomorrow night. Ashley and I planned on going. Maddie can't make it because of a project but she said she would be there in spirit.

"Hey, gorgeous," Nolan said as I climbed into his car. I blushed and pecked his lips. I tried pulling away after that but her grabbed my face and kissed me again.

"Hello to you too," I laughed and he started driving.

"How have you been? I feel like I haven't seen you in forever," He sighed, pouting.

"I did see you on Monday, but I've been good. School is a little stressful right now because of exams coming up but I'm excited to head back home."

"Damnit, I forgot you're leaving in two weeks. How long will you be gone?"

"My break is three weeks but I can come visit?" I said, more like a question.

"Sounds good."

Nolan put his hand on my leg for the rest of the drive. We went through the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru and then headed back to his apartment.
