12. A Marital Affair

*Matty POV*

"Mmm!" 

Mika-Ji smiles as he scoops a small cut up a piece of chicken breast into his mouth. We decided to take dinner outside today since it's so nice out and put the babies on high chairs that clipped to the table instead of dragging out the other ones.

"You like chicken Mika?" I asked him and he nodded, his head of soft brown curls bobbing with his as he closed his violet eyes to savor the chicken like it was his final feast. I have to say, the older they get the more it seems like they get their dramatic side from me.

"What about you Rumi?" I shifted to my other son who was currently staring at the piece of lettuce on his fork like it was a foreign object. Thankfully Nova and Koa were eating without much of a problem.

"How was your last day of school?" Thomas asked Jaydean as she quietly sat at the head of the table while playing with her food, pushing a carrot around with her fork.

"It was good, we didn't do a lot. Just watched movies and played outside," She shrugged and I wanted to kick her under the table.

"That seems like fun but you're not very excited about it. Were you expecting final exams or something?" Luca asked just as he reached over the table and stopped Rumi from feeding his salad to the dogs.

"I said it was good, I got my report card though," She finally mentions but without much excitement or pride, putting Thomas and Luca on edge.

"Uh oh, that doesn't sound too good," Thomas says as Jayde finally hands over the paper to Luca and I gently run my free hand over his thigh.

"Wait, baby girl you got excellent marks this term. Why aren't you excited or proud of it?" He asked and I pointed to the note. Thomas peeking over my shoulder to see it as they caught up to speed on our daughter's special note.

"I don't want to switch classes, but Mom said it would be better for me," She said as she finally took a bite.

"Hey, you're only six I'm still Mommy to you missy," I interrupt her and she giggles. 

"I guess we still have to meet with your teachers to discuss but this is really good," Thomas cheered her on and Luca nodded. I know, this is freaking amazing," He said and Rumi giggled causing my head to turn to him so fast that I almost snapped my neck.

"Uh oh," He whispered as he met my gaze to find that in the three seconds I had my eyes off him, he had managed to clear his plate to Houston and Cooper and spill his juice everywhere. 

"Child, I swear to god,"

"97...98...99...100," 

I collapsed onto the floor after the hundredth pushup and I could hear Thomas laughing at my pain. 

"I gotta say love, are you on some personal mission to get super buff or something? Because it sure does seems like it," Luca asked as he came off the pull-up bar and took a gulp of water. The three of us always dedicated an hour after the quads went down to sleep for the night to work out together in our gym. 

"No, I'm just alleviating stress," I muttered into the matted floor, before pushing myself up to a sitting position so I could also hydrate. 

"What are you so stressed out about? Everythings fine," Thomas says and I pushed back my sweaty mop of hair.

"We're going back to work in a few days Thomas...I dunno, I guess I'm just going to miss my babies," I sighed and Luca handed me a cold bottle of water before sitting down next to me. The sweat dripping down his chest to his abs. His entire body was now lean muscle and he was hot as fuck without even knowing it. How could he go from so cute to super sexy in seconds? 

Then there's Thomas, but he's always sexy. He was all built muscle, stacked like a fucking brick wall that could make a bodybuilder jealous and anyone who attempted to hurt us would think twice. The only thing adorable about him was the fact that his personality was that of a large cuddly teddy bear.

"I'll miss them too, but it's not like we're going far or we're never going to see them again," Thomas mentions and Luca nods.

But I couldn't take my gaze away from Luca as he continued drinking water and now I was thirsty for a lot more than just water. He snaps the cover back on his bottle and notices me checking him out with a small smirk.

"You okay?" He asked me after I just zoned out.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I was just remembering the first time you came to this house, looking like a scrawny homeless puppy and now look at you," I sighed and he smiled, leaning over and kissing me on the lips just once.

"I remember that. I also remember that even though we were far apart and you were with someone else, you still loved me," He said and Thomas coughed.

"Oh, I wonder who that other person was," Thomas laughs and joins us, in the workout recovery circle.

"Hmm, I wonder," Luca chuckled as he kissed Thomas too and our husband got right back up, looking at his watch.

"Fuck, I forgot I have to grab the nanny from the airport. I'm going to go change and run out," Thomas reminds us as he leaves closin the door behind him. 

And then it was just Luca and I. 

Luca took a sip of water, looked at me, gulped, took another sip, then finally caved. Pulling me into his arms with my arms which were currently like loose spaghetti noodles and kissed me like he should. I quietly moaned as I aggressively took his hot tongue into my mouth and forced him closer, my hands trailing his sweaty chest.

"It's been a while," He mumbled into my lips as he ripped off my shirt and pushed me to the floor.

"Mmm we only have a few minutes," I gasped once I felt how hard he was against me.

"Better make every second count then,"
