(3 Years Later)

Glancing up at the crown molding above you couldn't help but think of how fast time had gone. It been three years now and your daughter Jin Ae is already two years old, but you still refused to tell Seokjin that a man was hiding in your walk-in-closet.

Why you didn't tell him about Taehyung was a complete mystery to you. However, you knew he wouldn't get caught because Jin never ever slept in the same room as you. If he was your so called husband, just why didn't he sleep in the same room as you and your daughter?

"You're still up?" you heard Taehyung's voice ask causing you to turn your head to face him. He was still in his pajamas and his hair was pushed away from his forehead by a shower cap he had feebly put on.

"Y-yeah... I was just thinking about stuff..." you mumbled, breaking eye contact with him.

"About your husband?" he asked nonchalantly as he sat down on the edge of your bed, not bothering to see if you were uncomfortable.

"Y-yeah... He's been gone for a week now and I've been stuck here with Jin Ae... He forbade me from leaving the guest house, but I just don't see why we should stay away from that man and Yuri... Seokjin is hiding something, isn't he?" You asked, looking him directly in his eyes and hoping he wouldn't dodge the question like before.

"Taehyung-ah, what is he hiding from me? Why can't Jin Ae and I go outside?" you asked once more, hoping he would finally tell you.

"How should I know" he replied, looking off in the distance with a troubled expression plastered on his otherwise flawless face.

Just then Jin Ae started to cry causing you to push your sheets away from your body and climb out of bed. As you made your way towards your daughter you glanced towards Taehyung before whispering, "Can't you tell me the truth? You've been living here for the past three years and I never once told Seokjin about you. I've kept you hidden and out of trouble, for that can't you find it in you to tell me what he's hiding?"

Taehyung still didn't utter a word, causing you sigh. You've been there before and you knew too well he wouldn't tell you the reason. "Then tell me this, why are you here?"

Taehyung seemed momentarily shocked by your inquiry. He never expected for you to ask him why he stayed hidden by your side. "If you don't at least tell me that, I'm taking Jin Ae and running away from here!" you spat as your crossed your arms across your chest.

"I miss those times..." he accidentally blurted out causing you to tilt your head in confusion.

"Those times...? What are you talking about?" you asked as Taehyung shook his head.

"How about we sneak out for the day? I'm sure your husband won't notice and I'm sure Yuri and your fath- I mean that man- would not be home" Taehyung replied as he hid his hands in the pockets of his pajamas. "Maybe a breath of fresh air will help you relax."

"Wait... you mean now?!" you blurted out, accidentally waking up Jin Ae once more. "I'm sorry honey, I didn't mean to wake you up" you whispered as you picked your daughter up and tried to rock her back to sleep.

"Mommy, we go outside?" she asked. Her ability to speak in full sentences surprised you even though its been a few months now.

"She really is gifted" Taehyung mumbled as he patted her head.

"Daddy?" she asked, causing Taehyung to chuckle.

"I'm not your Daddy, I'm your Uncle" Taehyung stated in a childish voice as he began to make faces at your daughter who couldn't help but break out into laughter.
