I got home from school and the first thing mom should really know is to let us work out our own problems.The two of them always interfere in our fight!
Mama walks in with veggies dogs its my favorite and meat for the rest of them... gross. I was on my bed listening to my music when Sheki walked in unannounced.
Oh yeah we share the same power and right about now is when mom or mama would interfere and break up our argument to make sure if everything is ok!
"Girls?" mom say "is everything ok"
Sheki answered with one hand glowing.
I continue to yell, we were fighting in Russian,I brought down my walls:
"Why do you care?"
"I care, because I love you" Sheki says "do you honestly believe that nobody cares, loves you, trusts you, believes in you or values you as a person Kasy?"
"Yes" I say "where are you getting at anyway?"
"I know one person who does!" Sheki says "and they are not family!"
"Who is it?!"
"Chloe Stoppable"
"Don't joke man, that's not funny!"
"Yeah she overheard you like twice in the hallway speaking Japanese I guess"
I froze up like a popsicle
"Dude, how?"
"Dude, you didn't know she knew Japanese?" Sheki asks "just be you, don't freak out and go weird flirty like I saw today"
"I'll try, but I really like her, like alot!" I say
"Do you want me to hook you two up?" She asks "so all this weirdness ends?"
We look back and mom was gone.
"Ok?"
"She wouldn't stop going on and saying stuff that didn't make any sense."
We stopped glowing. Mama came upstairs
"Girls, dinner time"
"Thanks Sheki"
We walk downstairs and sit down for dinner
"This looks so delicious mom and mama!"
"So Kasy, Sheki anything interesting happen at school?" Mama asks
"I honestly thought I would be failing Math, Science and your class Mama" I say "but because of Sheki's new friend it may look like I might pass all of my classes"
"Good to hear"
"I'm going to see to it that they keep up with the tutoring" Sheki smiles
"Please do"
"Oh and if you two are interested in joining the cheer squad, they have more positions available and the Maddog is too" Mom says
"If I join, I'm the mascot, no one else" I say "I can't start saying 'go, fight, win' when half the time Sheki and I break out into an argument in other languages and you guys decide to interfere and see what's wrong"
"We love you, we only want to see what's bothering you"
I can't tell them who my crush is, I just can't!
"I'm fine"
"Ok"
They know better than to break up an argument that doesn't involve them in it.
