I was alone, Kaitlin got a job. I was in the gym I felt a bad vibe, I felt like Krista was nearby. I walk out of the locker room and saw Krista with a baseball bat.
"Hello Possible"
I look at her then try to back up but my arms were grabbed. I got hit in my spine, my ribs, my legs and when they were done with the bat Douglas broke my nose, Krista broke my jaw... again as well as giving me a black eye.
It's Friday. I laid on the gym floor dehydrated and starved. Jess and Charlie returned to the school seeing me in bruises... again!
"Abby?!" Charlie says
I couldn't open my eyes or lift my head I was so tired.
"Charlie, I need you to go get Kaitlin, our family and I need you to run as fast as you possibly can, DO NOT STOP!"
"Got it"
"Abby I'm here, I'm here"
I started crying. Soon after I hear another voice
"Abby!" A voice says "I'm here"
They started crying, soon I am in a room, a different room? I woke up in tears!
"Abby?"
I nod
"Welcome back Abby, It looks like we're going to have to do some more x-rays" Jeclyn frowns
Kaitlin walked in crying
"Abby, I'm gonna ask you something ok?" She says crying "blink once for no and twice for yes"
I started at her
"Did you see who hurt you?"
I blinked twice
"Was it Krista or Douglas?" She asks "or Krista and Douglas?"
I nod twice
"Did they hurt your jaw, ribs and arms again?"
I blinked once, she walked out.
"Where is she hurt?" She asks Jeclyn
"I can't reveal that kind of info to people outside of her family"
"I am family!" She blurts out
She covered her mouth
"What?" Everyone asks
Charlie and Kaitlin's parents came to see me
"We wanted to make it a surprise" she says "I proposed to Abby, a few days ago I'm surprised you haven't already figured it out, we planned for after graduation"
"Wow, that is a surprise"
"Stoppable, Possible, Load" Jeclyn says "and of course Abby's fiancée"
"Mankey"
"Ok, so Abby has a major problem" she says
"What is it?"
"She has a broken jaw, broken ribs, a broken nose, broken arms, broken legs and..." she says wincing
"...and?" Kaitlin says
"...she also has a broken spinal cord" she sighs
Jess walked in
"Did Doug and Krista gang up on you?"
I blinked twice
Ezra walked in the hospital upset
