It's practice again and I'm so excited to be able to control my powers now. I used Grandmama as a way to not use my glow. I jumped and did a side flip with a howl landing on all fours
"Great job mascot!" Charlie claps "that was great"
"Sarcastic or for real?" Kaitlin asks
"I think Jessica did a great job today and at all of our practices" she says
Charlie's head cheerleader.
"Krista, what's your input?"
"I think" she said rudely "that we keep seeing the same mascot routine over and over"
"Jessica?"
I took my head off
"I practiced that a thousand times for months!" I say "it was a surprise, how could it be the same routine, Krista?"
"Do you know Jacob Possible?" Krista asks
"Yeah he's my brother"
"I'm his girlfriend" she says
He walked in the gym and I walk up to him making him back up
"You better run!" I growl "because I'm gonna kill you!"
Abby walked in and saw a smile on Jacob's face
"It's great to see you finally in a better mood Jacob" Abby laughs
"Yeah"
I walk back to the squad and Charlie is a little frustrated with Krista
"Why have you been spying on our mascot?!" She asks "if she's been practicing that impossible move for months trying to get it right, why have you been spying on her?"
For our birthday this year our moms got me a trampoline, Abby new outfits and Jacob a gift card to his favorite store.
"Because, her brother and I are going out" Krista lies
"You see Krista I forgot to tell you, I can tell if anyone on the squad or anyone in general is lying" I say
"Really?" Charlie asks amazed "wow"
"No she's screwing with you Charlie"
"Yeah, you're not dating Jacob and to be honest he's by far the most stupid Possible in our family" I say "oh wait you're not interested in Jacob your more interested in..."
Krista put her hand over my mouth
"Don't you dare say it!"
She backed up and I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Jess, real quick who's Krista into?" Abby asks
"You"
"Really?" She says shocked
"Yeah"
She let's go and unglows.
"Krista, why don't you tell everyone in the room if you're so interested in spying in on my mascot routines?"
"I won't do it"
Practice was now over and I got out of the mascot and Charlie and the squad came up to me except for Krista who is rude.
"Hey, that was a great mascot routine" They say "better than all the other tryouts we've seen"
"How exactly can you tell if we're lying?" Charlie asks
"If you lie you have something to hide, if you look the other way you're lying and looking into the other persons eyes doesn't always make it true" I say "My brother thinks he is a great liar, it's my mother that schools him"
"So how'd you know who Krista's into?" Kaitlin asks
"I followed her home one day, she was spying on someone who isn't Jacob" I say "he wasn't even home yet!"
Abby walked in the locker room.
