Episode RTTE Season 6 Episode 2 this is my take on what would've happened to Astrid when she got captured.

Sure, Astrid got captured. But she was trying to save Stormfly, she would never regret trying to save her dragon.
The gang escaped with Gobber's knife, but they were locked in. Everyone scowered the area for some sort of weapon to pry the heavy doors open but none could be found, and every growing minute the gang became more worried as the dragons were in the arena, no doubt about to be killed.
The doors were blasted in as the freed dragons fired the door open, but Astrid never made it out. Johann's men awoke and seeing she was the last to leave, grabbed her arms and knocked her out cold.
Great, she got captured, twice.

She awoke to her arms tied behind her, arm tightly around her waist and her axe at her throat.
"Give me the dragon eye lenses, or the girl gets it." Krogan boomed beside her.
She gasped, feeling the cold metal brush against her throat temporarily.
"Oh look! The girl is awake!" Krogan laughed darkly.
Astrid looked around blurrily. She saw all her friends in the air and Stoick, on their dragons. More dragons surrounded, and some Vikings gathered from far away worriedly.
Afew meters away on the ground was Hiccup, thank god, a hand on Toothless' snout. Her boyfriend had a scowl and the dragon had a growl, but behind their eyes was worry. Astrid could see her reflection in their eyes, Krogan's arm around her, an axe held dangerously close to her throat.
Astrid started to struggle, because she was Astrid.
Was she gonna die? She was in this exact same position months ago with Viggo, and she inwardly groaned. Why is it always her?
"Don't harm a hair on her head!" Hiccup hissed, taking a step forward. He had a satchel on Toothless' saddle-the dragon eye lenses.
Don't do it, Hiccup!
"Then give me the dragon eye lenses! And you'll get your girl back without a scratch." Krogan said icily.
Hiccup and Toothless took one step forward and that made Krogan press the axe back. The sharp edge started to press into her skin and Astrid whimpered in pain, feeling the skin break under the blade. The dragons started to growl.
Her eyes started to cloud over, this was it. Hiccup wouldn't give the lenses up, it would compromise the whole mission they were on for almost a year. Krogan was merciless and cruel, no doubt he would have no problem cutting her throat off.
"Keep your eyes on me Milady!" Her sight was cloudy, but she blinked them out to meet his eyes. His forest green eyes...his face the last thing she wanted to see before she died.
"Oh look, Hofferson is crying!" Krogan mocked, and Astrid sucked in her emotions.
You won't cry, Astrid told herself.
"It's okay, Milady." Hiccup said softly, taking a tentative step towards her. "Just keep your eyes on me..." Another step.
Krogan laughed. Not a true laugh, an empty, mocking lie.
"Milady, how precious!" Krogan stomped his foot, sending tremors through the ranks. "ONE MORE TIME! ASTRID, OR THE LENSES." He yelled, gripping Astrid tighter that sent nausea down her throat.
"Okay fine!" Hiccup dropped his flaming sword and gesturing for Toothless to stand down. "You'll get the lenses..." He reached for the saddle bag.
"Hiccup!" Astrid cried out. "No! Don't!"
Hiccup took a step towards them, and Astrid could hear Krogan smile.
"Hiccup Haddock!" Don't even think about it!" Astrid yelled desperately as Hiccup took afew more steps towards them.
"DON'T YOU DARE! I'M NOT WORTH IT!" Astrid whispered as Hiccup stood a step before them, and it seemed like the whole world held their breath as the air grew warm at the way Hiccup looked at her as if she was gold.
"You're worth everything." Hiccup murmured, fixating a gentle smile on his face that calmed every nerve in her body. Berk let out a breath.
Hiccup raised an opened palm and the other held out the satchel.
Krogan let out a sour cackle and roughly pushed Astrid into Hiccup's arms. Astrid tumbled into him, Hiccup quickly fixating his arms around her.
He studied the red mark on her neck as he untied her hands. No blood, thank god, but a mark.
"Are you okay?" Hiccup asked softly, wrapping his arms around her. He never so happy to have her in his arms again.
"As long as I'm with you, I'm always fine." Astrid murmured, hugging his middle.
"Lenses." Krogan demanded. Hiccup raised the satchel and Krogan snatched it, yanking it open and took a quick glance inside. He smirked and turned to the two lovers intertwined.
"Love clouds the mind, Hiccup Haddock." He said menacingly. "That girl is right. She's not worth this." He gestured to the bag.
Astrid's composure collapsed under him and Hiccup growled.
"And that's where you're wrong, Krogan." Hiccup said solemnly. "She's worth everything. You'll know that love is a gift, not a curse. It gives you a reason for everything you do. Adventures without Astrid would mean nothing to me, because she makes everything better. Because I love her." Astrid smiled warmly. "You wouldn't know, Krogan. You don't love, you hate. And that will kill you one day."
Krogan said nothing. His eyebrows knitted in a second before his expression turned haughty. He flicked his hand and he hopped onto his Singetail, before flying off with his men.
"I gave him fake Dragon Eye Lenses." Hiccup said with a lopsided smile. "It's with Fishlegs. And, Astrid...I meant every word I said. How adventures and missions and exploring and learning dragons would be nothing, not worth while, without you."
Tears spilled over her eyelids, happy tears, loving tears, tears for her love.
The riders and the dragons started to fly to them.
"I love you, Hiccup." Astrid murmured.
"I love you too, more than anything in the world." He replied, pressing his lips to hers for a moment.
"What if they were the real dragon eye lenses?" Astrid asked quietly, snuggling into his neck.
Hiccup held her tighter.
"I'd regret nothing."
