Japan, City

"...A-Ahh..." Blinking himself back to reality, Izuku feels his sense of hearing slightly dulled, only hearing blanked-out things. He forces himself into a sitting position, unaware of the people trying to hold him down... "W-What the..."

And was able to see the literal clearing carved into the large building before him, basically one gigantic hole built from his single punch that manifested the power of whatever 'Quirk' that suddenly flowed in him, allowing all to see through the great building of concrete. That, and the literal way how it was now raining, meaning he must have punched hard enough to force the change in the current flow of clouds.

And right now, his punch had blown the Villain apart, but he was still twitching apparently, still alive and well.

"Ummm..." Looking around him, taking note of the gawking looks he was receiving from the crowd, his friend and the other Pro-Heroes, he merely stood up—shakily, and with help from someone, he didn't know who—and awkwardly approached the Villain, crouching to meet his eyes, which shook in fear. "S-Sorry about that. I went overboard, huh?"

There was a whimper that came from the Villain, which meant that he was saying 'yes'.

"Err, well... Sorry about that, I guess. But hey, don't ever try things like this ever again, alright?" The boy sighs. "I don't even... Oh well, I think I'm going home first."

And so, he stands up to his full height, looking at the crowd, the Pro-Heroes and his friend, all of whom were staring at him, silent.

It stays that way for a good moment, even as it continues to rain.

He breaks the silence first.

"Umm... hi?" He offered weakly.

And then the noise began.

"Oh my God, that was so awesome!"

"Kid, you were great there!"

"Oh damn, he can be such a great Hero!"

"W-Wha..?!" He was genuinely taken aback by the positive reception he was getting from the crowd, all of whom was praising him, cheering for him. Like he was some sort of Hero. "I-I don't..."

"Alright, alright! That's enough!" Shouted Death Arms as he moved towards the Villain. "Let's wrap this up already!"

The boy takes a few steps backwards, away from the scene, honestly lost by what had just transpired. He's only pulled back to Earth when his friend nudges him on the shoulder, smiling.

"Nice 'Quirk' back there," she said simply.

"A-Ahh, yeah. I don't... know what came over me," he admitted as his gaze fell down to his shoes, rubbing his neck. "I-I swear, I'm 'Quirkless'! So I don't..."

"Hey, hey, it's cool, alright?" Sighed the blonde. "Jeez, you're such a worry wart. Don't worry so much about all that. Listen, you alright?"

"I... I'm fine," nodded Izuku. "And you?"

"Well, a good bath and perhaps a bit more oxygen in my body would do the trick," snickered Katsumi before she coughs. "And maybe a mint. Blergh! That slime in my mouth is not good for my oral hygiene!"

"Haha, perhaps so," chuckled the boy, and everything feels alright once more.

It really is.

Later—Musutafu, Japan

The day was slowly turning darker, and the blues shifted to a darker orange, accentuating much more on the reds as it closed in on becoming night time. And normally, this would have been a dangerous time to be walking alone in the streets, but to a certain Izuku Midoriya, he didn't have anything to fear.
