"Let go, brat!" Spidermans newest foe could fly. Much to Peters dismay. He was in the same situation as he had been with the Vulture only this time it was time for cold Queens winter to kick in. Snow felt like razor blades the faster this guy went. Spiderman held on with all his light before he was kicked by . . . NightHawk. Like who comes up with these names? Come on! "That is enough!" The man kicked Peter off. Peter yelped as he felt searing hot pain through his arm.

Peter plummeted. If only he had told Dad about his parachute and getting it reinstalled right after the Vulture incident! Peter watched as he had five seconds left till he hit the frozen over pond. Peter grunted as he hit the ice and felt nothing but freezing cold. He gasped and did his best with one arm to get out. He struggled and his teeth chattered. His breathe frozen in the air as he heaved himself out of the frozen pond.

"Peter, you're temperature is at eighty-nine. May I suggest the installed heating pads?" Peter couldn't even speak anymore. He laid down trying on the cold ice after getting himself out.

"K-k-kar-e-e-n, c-c-c-all D-Dad!" Peter was crying but his eyes stung from the cold snow hitting him after the freezing water began to freeze to him.

"Turning on heating pads and calling Dad. Locations have been sent and he is currently on the way." Peter felt a small patch of relief bubble inside his chest. Or was that water?

:.:Peter, I'm in the suit and I'm two minutes from your location! What happened?!:.:

Peter cried some more as the heating pads didn't work as well as he thought they would.

:.:PETER?! Kid, Cap, Bucky and I are coming for you. We'll be there!:.:

Peter began to sob. It all hurt. It was numbingly cold. He couldn't feel the pain in his arm anymore. So cold, so cold, was the only thinking going through the young boys mind.

"Peter!" That was his Dad. Tony Stark in that amazing Iron Man suit. It was his savior. There was Bucky and Cap who were sliding on the ice to him also. His two uncles he loved dearly also.

Tony landed with the two men next to Peter. "Oh god, Peter!" His eyes were glazed over with confusion and his lips were blue. He was freezing to death, literally.

"Peter! Pete, can you here me?!" Bucky was wide eyed and worried. "Come on, Kid."

"B-Bucky?" It was a hoarse whisper.

"Peter, I'll get you warm." Tony said as he grabbed his son and held him close. "To the tower and the fire place on the twenty-fourth flour, boys." Stark said before shooting off and heading to the tower in a blur.

"Come on, Buck." Steve called out as he took off running.

Tower

"Peter, come on!" Tony had taken the spider suit off only to realize his kid only had boxers on. No wonder he was freezing. What happened to him wearing the iron spider suit?

"Tony, get the heating pads from the back cabinet." Bruce demanded as he grabbed as many blankets as he could. They had put socks on Peters feet too.

"Bucky, has me those blankets too!" Bruce ordered. Bucky did so and placed them on Peter with urgency. Steve was helping Tony grab on the heating pads and putting them on high and putting them on Peter under each layer of blanket.

"Core temperature is now ninety-two." Said F.R.I.D.A.Y.

"Thanks, FRI." Tony called out as he stepped back to look at his son in his own bed.

"He'll make it. I promise. He will definitely be sick, even with that immune system. It's down though and he's weak. I'll check on him later to see if he has any harsh sicknesses such as hypothermia which right now, is at a high risk." Tony merely nodded at this. He just wanted to see his kid bright, warm, and happy. "He hadn't breathed in any water to harm his lungs. His arm is broken so it's in a cast just to set it right. He'll wake up by morning. If not, we may have to run a lot of tests." Bruce explained to the Sons Dad.

"I know. I'll stay with him. I'll wait." Bruce frowned but nodded.

"Don't stay up too late, Tony." Bruce patted him and left. Bucky and Steve watched as Bruce went out. They both stood at the entrance.

"Tony, Bucky and I thought maybe we could stay with you too?" Steve didn't want to interrupt anything that Tony had going on. He may want to be alone like usual.

"You'd stay?" Tony asked, his voice laced with sorrow.

"Of course, we're family." Bucky cut in. Tony couldn't help but smile a bit at that.

"Thank you." The three men stayed in the room and in chairs until Peter woke up.

3:30 am

"D-ad? U-Uncle S-Steve? Uncle Buck?" It was the best thing Tony had ever heard.

"Underoos!" Tony shot up. Steve and Buck were next up and ready to go.

"Pete!" Bucky smiled. Peter smiled and let his father embrace him. He felt his dad hold tighter. He then felt something go down his shoulder. A tear. His Dad was crying.

"Dad, I'm fine. Thank you, I love you."

"Pete, I can't lose you. I can't lose you." Peter remembered Tony breaking down after he came back from the snap of Thanos. Oh god, they had lost so much. Aunt May.

"I know. I'm sorry. It was that guy. NightHawk." Bucky growled when he heard this.

"Imma hunt him down." He cracked his knuckles.

"Not . . . Not right now." Steve intervened.

"Fine. Later." Bucky muttered, bitterly.

"Dad, where's Aunt Nat and Uncle Clint? Not that I don't love you all, but did they make it back from patrol okay?"

"Yeah, they are getting cleaned up to come see you."
Tony explained as he let go and ran a hand over his face.

"Dad, I'm getting kinda hot." Tony smiled and began taking off a couple of layers.

"I'm still only in boxers?"

"And socks!" Steve exclaimed.

"Boxers?"

"Yup. Sorry, didn't wanna waste any time." Tony then looked at the clock.

"Get some rest, Pepper will be home in the morning. Her flight was canceled due to the snow. I'll let her know what's going on. I love you, goodnight."

"Love you too, Dad. See ya in the morning." Tony smiled and patted Peters leg before walking out along with Steve and Bucky. Peter drifted off into a warm slumber.
