I sat at the edge of the bed where Midori laid. She has been unconscious for three days, my sister and I had a... Falling out.

We landed somewhere away from Vale as my sister Amber finally woke up.

"Where... What?" She looked around before meeting my gaze. Akame started waking up as well looking around, "What the hell did you do!" Amber yelled.

"Amber... I'm..." I didn't get to finish as I felt her fist connect with my cheek. I didn't even try to block it, she needed to vent her anger. Kurumi however aimed her pistols at Amber. She wasn't fazed as she continued to glare at me. I raised my hand and grabbed one pistol, Kurumi understood and lowered her weapons. Amber raised her fist again and hit me.

"You left her! Our mother! You left her to die! You fucking bastard!" Every sentence she hit me. I could feel Kurumi getting angry but she knew that I wanted this to happen. Everyone looked at us as she punched me, "We could have helped her! We... We could have saved our family... Why! Why did we have to loose our parents!" I didn't activate my abilities so I started to bleed as she hit me, "I left Dad! He died because of me! But you... You said you would protect this family! You said you'd make sure we were all going to be happy! Why! Why did you just abandon her... You... You didn't even try..." She cried.

"Amber..." Ruby began.

"Shut Up! Damn it... Just... Just shut up." She stood there hanging her head.

"Akame... You have anything to say." I asked her.

"I almost got Kurumi killed... I want to punch you... But I won't... But I'm not sure if I can forgive you..." Akame cried.

"I had no choice... One of us wasn't going to make it, mom just wanted it to be her." I said.

"Don't make excuses! You told me on my ninth birthday you would keep us together! Don't tell me you didn't think of mom and dad when you said that..." She asked.

"No... I didn't... You four were the only ones I thought that needed protection." I said.

"Don't... Don't ever talk to me... Don't ever get near me... Don't even call me. I don't want anything to do with you." She said.

"I thought this would happen... But if you ever need me, you can call me for help anytime." I said.

"I'd rather die." She said walking away. I stood there as Kurumi approached me. She pulled out a rag and began to wipe the blood.

"She's such an ungrateful bitch..."

"Kurumi... She has every right to say that to me... I failed this family, and you know it." I said.

"No... You did your best to save us... It just... It just didn't end in our favor." She said, "I'll always be beside you no matter what."

"Akame what about you?" I asked looking at her.

"Like I said, I almost got Kurumi killed... Because of that I can't bring myself to hate you." She said.
