I was standing there looking at Qrow's shocked looked at the truth of Midori. I had the same look when my father told me.

Qrow: "Why, I mean I get the silver eyes but faunus and a Schnee? Also a Grimm how?"

"That's where my DNA comes in. Normal when you have Grimm DNA mixed with a human infant they die within a week. My tribe are a similar to the silver eyes, while they developed the ability to kill Grimm with a single look we developed resistances and immunities to many things. My family in particular are all immune to poisons, diseases, and fire dust. Our tribe also has an innate regenerative ability. That's why they used my DNA. The fact that Midori is alive is because she has my DNA."

Qrow: "Ok but the faunus and Schnee DNA?"

"Guess they were hoping she would inherit their semblance. Faunus I can guess they wanted the enhanced senses."

Midori: "Papa I smell cookies."

The elevator then opens and I see a blonde woman walk in with a plate full of cookies.

"Exhibit A." I motion at the woman.

Ozpin: "Glynda thanks for bringing the cookies."

Glynda: "Never thought you'd actually ask me to do something like this." I see Midori eyeing the cookies causing her to complete forget her anxiety. Ozpin you clever bastard.

"Help yourself Midori." Glynda puts the cookies on the desk and Midori walks over and proceeded to eat them. "Any other questions you all have?"

Qrow: "Yeah was she born normal or in a bottle."

"Normally. They modified her when she was nothing more than a cell and had someone carry her in the womb. That was from the Schnee woman her DNA was the only one that was taken with consent."

Ozpin: "Which Schnee was it."

"No one from the immediate family that controls the dust company that's for sure."

Glynda: "Where is sh...."

"Touchy subject best not to talk about in front of Midori."

Ozpin: "I think we can stop for now. You have an initiation to prepare for."

"Mind if I go to the city?"

Qrow: "Your not a prisoner here kid."

"Would you all do me a favor and look after Midori while I'm gone. I'd feel more relaxed if she stayed here while I get my bearings of the city."

Glynda: "I guess that would be fine. Will she be okay." I look at Midori who was now sitting on the desk eating a cookie looking at all of us.

"She'll be fine she knows I'll be back."

Midori: "Papa bring me more cloth and threads."

"Sure thing." She waves me good bye as she begins eating another cookie.

Pov Ozpin

"So Midori why do you need cloth and threads."

Midori: "Make more friends for papa." She pulls out a stuffed doll that looked like F/N. "Gonna make one of bird man, cookie lady, and coffee man." I chuckled lightly at her personality.

"Shall we take your bag for you."

Midori: "No I can carry it." She continues to eat cookies and set the doll next to her in a sitting position.

Qrow: "Well kids right about one thing."

Glynda: "And what would that be?"

Qrow: "She might give anyone diabetes."
