Midori stood before Ragnarok as he glanced at her. She trembled as she looked at his large and electric body, "So... Shall we begin?"

"This struggle... It has to stop." Midori said, "There has been enough suffering."

"Alright. The way I see it is you can use my power if when this is over I get to control you for the rest of your existence." He said, "Been imprisoned for such a long time I need to move about." Midori looked at her hands and saw the doll of her father. The loneliness of not having him around was constricting her. She felt lost without him and nothing could replace that feeling.

"No. You will help me and never hurt anyone again." She replied.

"I have obliterated gods, eradicated countless races, and obliterated entire civilizations. What makes you, an innocent and weak girl, think that you have any chance to bargain with me." Ragnarok said.

"My family's semblance. It allows us to transfer spirits to the next first born. I'm the last one in line for this semblance. You protected me during the attack on Vale." She said, "You need me alive at least until I have a child who can inherit you. If I die then you go back to your prison."

"You got brains I'll give you that. Yes your life is valuable to me until you have a child." He said.

"They you cannot demand anything." Midori said her eyes staring at his own for the first time, "You accept my terms... Or I die right now." She said raising her hand to her neck and her nails sharpened like a cat's.

"You don't have what it takes to kill yourself." Ragnarok mocked as her lowered himself to her level. His bright blue eyes glaring deep into her soul trying to break her will.

"You're wrong. Without papa I have nothing. I feel nothing. Without papa, I'm already dead." She said staring back at him her nails breaking her neck causing some blood to drip.

"Hehehe... Hahahahaha..." Ragnarok laughed and rose up into the air. Midori continued to hold her hand to her neck waiting for him to stop, "How interesting. Seems I am the one who is at your mercy. Well then... Midori was it? What are your terms?" Midori relaxed her hand and took a deep breath.

"I'll let you stay bound to my family, earning your freedom from that prison. In exchange... You never use us to hurt others, you don't tempt us into hurting others, and you help us whenever we need you." She said.

"Hmm I have no choice but to agree... Fine." He said.

"If you ever oppose my family and our friends you will be imprisoned forever with no hope of escape." She said.

"Fine. Anything else?" He asked.

"If I ever need to use your full power..." She stopped for a moment.

Ragnarok looked at her and his ethereal form shrunk do to a more reasonable height. He approached her and spoke though she was surprised to hear the demand as she never expected it. He stretched his arm to her as it radiated electricity.

"Deal." She said grasping his hand.

I woke up to a cage and the sound of laughter nearby. I glanced over to see Kohina missing. I began to get up and heard the bandits notice my movements.
