Qrow and Tyrian stare at one another their body singed at random locations and their clothes torn badly. Tyrian chuckles, "Ain't this chaotic."

"How are we getting out of this?" Qrow asked.

"Well we got a few options. We die or we get lucky." Tyrian replied.

"Well... Seems we are pretty fucked." Qrow said taking a swig from his flask. He looks at Tyrian holding his abdomen and then at his flask, "Hey." He said gaining his attention and shook the flask. Tyrian chuckled as he held his hand out. Qrow tosses the flask at him and Tyrian takes a drink.

"We need to find a chance." Tyrian said.

"Lucky your queen sent some Grimm to keep her busy... And not a bunch of beowolves." Qrow said glancing up and seeing a vast amount of Grimm getting sliced and burned by Amber who was radiating so much heat there was nothing but ash for ten feet around her. Flames flowed out of her eyes as her hair danced with intense heat. Though her hair was also longer reaching towards the ground burning the floor causing the ground to turn to glass.

"You ready?" Tyrian asked.

"As ready as I'll ever be." Qrow replied as they got up and ran through the woods.

"She saw us!" Tyrian shouted. Qrow glances back as he narrowly dodged a flaming orb aimed at him. Amber brought her blade down at them as the flames extended towards them. The flames however stopped and began to shift into the sky towards the mountains.

"Now now Can't have you ruining everything." Nova said. Amber glanced at Nova as her flames became more wild.

"You..." Amber growled as she clenched her sword.

"You mad that I killed your mommy? Show me what you can do War." Nova said as the sun began to shine brightly.

"Seems we found our opportunity." Qrow said.

"Let's get going before we are caught in the crossfire." Tyrian replied. Nova smiled as her flames shifted from red to orange.

"Time to test these flames out." Nova gazes at Amber as she leaped at her. Amber swings her blade at Nova who blocked the attack by grabbing the sword with two hands, "Frightening strength." Nova coldly states. Amber kicks Nova back freeing her sword. Nova slashed her arm across the air sending a wave of solar heat at Amber. She cuts the wave allowing her sword to consume the flames.

"I'm gonna burn you to cinders..." Amber scolded.

"Can you live up to that threat?" Nova mocked. Amber released more flames and ran at Nova who began to charge her arms in bright orange flames.

My eyes open as I felt weight on my left side. Weiss clung to me tightly as I heard her soft breathing in this vast silence. I carefully got out of her embrace and laid her down on a pillow. She shifted to get more comfortable, I shifted her white hair from her face and caressed her cheek, "Rest well." I said before exiting her room and into the halls. I saw Kagetane lean against a wall as he coughed heavily in his hand, "How long..." I said to him.

"My boy... wish you didn't see me like this." He said putting on his mask before her turned to look at me. His hand had a crimson color which he tried to hide.

"Does Kohina know?" I asked.

"No... She... She deserves to be a child a little longer." He said as he wiped his hand with a rag.

"I see... That's why you joined me." I sighed. He placed a hand on my shoulder and whispered.

"You're the only one I trust to care for her."
