It has been awhile since you seen the gang. You were best friends with all of them. But you lost touch with them when you moved in with your aunt.
Your aunt didn't live in Tulsa, but she was visiting for a few days. You took this advantage to go see your friends. They had no idea you were coming.
You walked up the porch steps and knocked on the door. You remembered when you never knocked, when you would just walk in like everyone does.
You could here footsteps and the door creaked open. Soda opened the door wider when he seen you and immediately pulled you in a hug. "(Y/N)!" He yelled and spun you around. "What are you doing here? When did you get here? Oh, I've missed you!"
You giggled. "I've missed you too, Soda."
You heard more footsteps coming from the hallway. Ponyboy and Johnny appeared around the corner. "(Y/N)!" They both yelled. They ran and hugged just like Soda did.
"How long have you been here?" Pony asked.
"Not too long. My aunt decided to visit Tulsa and I figured I'd come here and stay while I had the chance."
"Wait, so your leaving? Again?!" You looked down and nodded.
"Yeah, but we're staying for a few days."
"That ain't enough time to catch up." Soda put his arm around your shoulder. "How many days are you staying?"
"Uh, three or four."
"Okay, that definitely isn't enough time. Come on!" Soda grabbed your hand and dragged you out the door with Pony and Johnny following behind you.
"Where are we going?" Johnny asked.
"To show (Y/N) around."
"But I already know my way around." You stated.
"I know. But who says we can't mess around while we're out." Soda still held your hand as you walked. He took you to Two-Bit's place and knocked on the door. Two's Mom answered and Soda asked if she could get him. Two-Bit came a moment later and immediately hugged you when he seen you.
Soda whispered something in his ear and he ran to his car. "Come on!" He yelled.
You got in the car and Two-Bit drove you all around. The car was full because he had picked up the entire gang. Finally he stopped at the movies to end the night. Soda had bought you a coke and popcorn. While all the boys were goofing around you and Soda ended up running off.
You walked hand in hand down the road, admiring the stars.
"I always love looking at the stars."
"Yeah, me too." Except Soda wasn't looking at the stars. He was looking at you.
