You walked through the drive in parking lot. You decided to go see a movie since you had nothing else to do. Everyone was busy so you had to go alone.
You stopped when you seen Two-Bit, your boyfriend. He was standing by someone's car. It looked like he was talking to someone but you couldn't tell. You walked closer and seen him lean in. He kissed her. Some random girl from school and you didn't know the name of. You had seen enough. You took of running back to your house, not caring about the movie or anything else.
Two-Bit had cheated one you. He cheated on you! You thought he was better than that. You thought you knew him. But you didn't. If you knew he would have done this...
When you got home you ran into your room and cried. You screamed into your pillow. Cursed under your breath. It didn't help the pain you were feeling. You almost thought about calling your friends but decided against it. They're busy, you thought, I shouldn't bother them.
You looked at your clock. It was 9:30. Your Mom had gone late night shopping and would be home soon. She knew you were going out, and she would be surprised when she seen you were home early.
You wanted to disappear. You felt awful. Your heart was broken into pieces that couldn't be put back together. Well, it could, but the damage is still there.
Through the night you were trying to think of reasons why Two-Bit would do this. It was a dare? He was drunk? Maybe she made him do it?
You tried to convince yourself that those were the reasons. Maybe they were. You decided you might go talk to him tomorrow. Bu the way you were feeling now you really didn't want to talk to him. You were mad at him. If he really wanted to talk he would come to you.
After that long and restless night you really wanted to stay home all day. You didn't want to talk to anyone. You just wanted to be alone. It was 10:36 when you finally decided to get out of bed. Your Mom had already gone to work so you were alone. You were fine with that, of course.
You walked into the kitchen and fixed a bowl of cereal. After you finished it you went into the kitchen and sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. The first thing that came on the TV was Mickey Mouse, Two-Bit's favorite show. You liked it too, but anything that remained you of him only mad you mad. Made you want to cry.
You turned the channel quickly. You set the remote down and let out a shaky breath. Tears were already streaming down your face. You grabbed a pillow and cried into it.
...
It has been a few days since the whole incident. He's not coming, you told yourself, he likes that other girl. That stupid girl he doesn't even know!
You threw your pillow across your room. It's been too long! He doesn't care! He would have came over by now!
There was a knock on the door downstairs. You got out of bed and walked downstairs. You hoped it was no one important. Your hair was a mess, you didn't have on any make up, you were wearing a hoodie and sweet pants. You were miserable.
You opened the door and standing there was Two-Bit. You felt like slamming the door on him. It's been three days since the incident. Three days! Why was showing up now? You thought he'd moved on. That he didn't care anymore.
"Hey, baby, I've been worried about you. I haven't seen you in days. Are you okay."
What? He was acting like he didn't know what he did. Maybe ha wasn't. Or maybe he thought you didn't see him. He didn't even chase after you when you left the movies.
"I'm not your baby! And I bet you've been worried about me. You would have come days ago if you were worried. And don't act like I didn't see what you did Keith Mathews." You slammed the door in his face.
"(Y/N)," Two-Bit knocked on the door. "(Y/N), please let me in," He pleaded.
"No! Go away you hood!"
Two-Bit continued to knock on your door. "(Y/N), please let me in. I don't know what you're talking about. What did I do?"
Lier. You know what you did.
When you were was silent he continued. "Please (Y/N)," He begged. "I won't leave until you open the door. I'll sit here all night if I have to."
He cares that much to stay outside all night? He wouldn't do that. If he cared he wouldn't have kissed that girl. He can sit out there all night. You didn't care.
A few hours later you heard Two-Bit's voice again. "Please let me in, (Y/N). Please, just tell me what's wrong. I love you so much and I just want to help you."
He loves me? You didn't know what to believe anymore. He says he loves you, but he kissed another girl when he already had a girlfriend. But why would he sit outside for hours just to wait for you to answer the door?
You didn't know what to do. If you didn't answer the door you might not ever know. Just talk to him, you told yourself. If you open the door things might end up okay.
After arguing with yourself you finally worked up the courage and opened the door. You didn't smile at him even though he was smiling at you. You just gave him a cold stare. "Come in," You said.
He came inside and stood in front of you. "What's wrong?" You couldn't help but cry. You put your head in your hands and cried. Two-Bit pulled you into a hug but you pushed him away.
"Don't touch me."
He just stared at you blankly. "Why? What's wrong?"
You couldn't take it anymore. You finally snapped. "You! I seen what you did at the Nightly Double! I seen you kiss that girl!"
"Wait, on Saturday night? I woke up with a hangover the next morning. That broads boyfriend got me real good." You looked at him more closely and seen his black eye and a bruise on the side of his face. You knew he probably had more bruises on the rest of his body. "I'm sorry if I hurt you. I didn't know what I was doing. I love you a lot."
You wanted to be mad at him. But you couldn't. He was going to sit outside all night just to see you. He really does love you and you knew that.
You smiled. "I love you too. Just please don't drink so much. I don't want to see or hear about you doing something like that ever again, you hear me?"
"Okay, okay, I won't. I promise."
