Billy Black was an amazing husband, he is an amazing father and a truly valuable friend.

But...

He was also unfaithful. He always struggled to remain committed to his wife of many years before she passed away, having multiple affairs - only one of which is know due to the face he may be one of his sons best friends father. Complicated, right?

Well, it get's worse.

Kingsley Paige Braun is his daughter. He keeps a secret life with her, with the help of his best friend Charlie; he was always there for her, she would visit when his other children were away or when they moved out and it got easier. He tried his best to make sure he was the best father he could be.

For King, it was hard at times - her father wasn't constant like all her friend's were, in fact many people didn't believe he was real. She grew up knowing how she came to be, why her father would often leave her with her uncle Charlie. She couldn't be seen by her half sister or brother - they'd be mad she existed.

She understands... Sort of. But just because she sort of understands doesn't mean it hurts any less.

Now, Billy has no choice but to take her in. While dealing with her mothers passing and trying to finish high school, Kingsley is thrown into the lives of her siblings and all the baggage that comes with them.
