"Captain, we need to go to Elizabeth's ceremony. I know it's hard, but we can all move past it." Diane put a hand on Meliodas' shoulder.

He was upstairs moping, staring at a picture of him and Elizabeth.
They were both smiling, but Elizabeth is the only smile that stood out to him.

"Yeah, okay." He whispered.

Meliodas hated himself. He hated himself for not being able to save her.
For making empty promises to her.
For thinking they could be happy.
And he hated himself for lifting the curse at the same time she died.

He would never see her again.

And that broke him more than anything ever has.

He followed Diane back downstairs to join with the rest of the group.

They were all talking about Elizabeth, saying how good of a friend she was.
How determined.
How she was like a sister to most of them.

"She was kind to everyone she met," Diane frowned, then smiled again.
"That's how she would want us to remember her!"

The bar doors opened, causing everyone to look.

A tall, slender, curvaceous girl walked in.
She had long, silver hair.
Blue eyes.
Not just any blue eyes, though.
They had the goddess symbol in them.
And she had wings.

"Meliodas.." The girl looked at the blonde shorty.
"Elizabeth?" Tears filled his eyes.
"It's me. Diane, King, Ban, Gowther, Merlin and Escanor."

Diane immediately raced over to the girl, throwing her arms around her. Crying.

"ELIZABETH! I missed you so much!" She sobbed.
Elizabeth smiled.

"Why would I just leave you all like that?"

"Body, hair, brain, voice, and heart are all the same as Elizabeth's. But this Elizabeth has the goddess symbol in both eyes, wings, and her bangs are shorter." Gowther examined the goddess.
"Captain, tell me. Is this another reincarnation?"

"No, it's Elizabeth. It's her." He got up and walked over to Elizabeth.

Diane stopped hugging her and cried into King's shoulder, ecstatic to be able to see her best friend again.

Meliodas scooped Elizabeth up and hugged her.

After everyone had a little reunion, they all sat down at the bar.

"How are you here right now?" King asked Elizabeth.

"Well, the supreme deity actually said that since you managed to beat her she'd revive me in my original form, wings and all. And that I'd also keep my memories." She explained.

"Wait, you're not calling her 'mother'?" Diane asked.

"Why should I? She cursed me."

"Petty. I like it!" Ban laughed.

"Anyways, let's go see my father and sisters. I'm sure they'll be happy to see me!"
