Chapter 10

Brian smiled, "You look cute."

I blushed Scarlet "Thank you."

"Where do you wanna go eat at?"

"It doesn't matter to me." I said.

"How bout Olive Garden?"

"Sounds good to me."

He pulled up in the parking lot and we headed inside. He held the door for me and I smiled.

"Just two?" The host asked.

"Yes," Brian answered.

"Right this way." He led us to a table. Brian pulled out my chair for me to sit down.

"Thank you." I smiled.

Brian sat across from me. "What sounds good to you, hon?"

"Mmm I don't know."

Our waiter came out, "Hello my name is James. What can I get you guys to drink?"

"I'll have a sweet tea." I said.

"I'll have the same." Brian said.

"Okay, are you guys ready to order or do u need a few more minutes?"

"A few more minute please." Brian said.

"I'll be right back with your drinks" James smiled and walked away.

Our waiter came back with our drinks, "Are you guys ready to order?"

I nodded, "Are you ready Brian?"

"Ladies first," he winked at me.

"I'll have the mushroom cheese raviolis with Alfredo sauce."

Brian said "I'll have the chicken parmesan."

"Okay I'll have that out as soon as I can," James walked away.

"What made you ask me out to lunch?" I asked.

"I wanted to talk to u and get to know you." Brian answered.

"I'm glad you did," I said, "I wanted to talk to u to."

"What's on your mind?" He asked smiling at me.

"What made you kiss me?"

"I don't know," he said. "I guess I wanted to see how you would react. We were having an amazing talk."

"Brian, I'm not gonna lie, I wanted you to kiss me."

"Are you mad cause I did?"  He asked.

"I'm not mad at all," I answered honestly. "It just caught me off guard."

"It caught me off guard to."

"How?" I asked. "You're the one that did it in the first place."

"I know I did. We were having an amazing talk and it led me to wanna kiss you."

"I told my dad and he threatened to kick you out the band."

"I know, he called me."

"I didn't mean to get you in trouble."

He took my hand, "It's okay I'm not mad at you."

I held his hand back and looked in his beautiful brown eyes. They could melt any girls heart, they were breathtaking.

James came back with our order. "Anything else I can get for you guys?"

"No thank u," Brian said smiling.

I picked up my fork and started eating, they were so good.

Brian smiled, "Are you glad you agreed to come with me?"

I nodded, "I was really nervous at first, but I'm glad I said yes."

"I am too hon." Brian said looking me in the eyes.

When we were done James brought the check. Brian paid and we left.

He opened my door for me. "Thank you," I said as he closed it for me.

He climbed in the other side and pulled out the parking lot.

"Do you wanna go get ice cream?" he asked looking over at me from the corner of his eye.

"Sure, that sounds good."

We pulled up in front of Frozen Dream. "They have amazing ice cream and frozen yogurt."

"What do u want babe?" Brian asked. "I'll order while you find a table."

I looked at the menu, "Peach frozen yogurt, please."

Brian said, "Okay, find a place to sit, babe."

I found a booth in the corner and sat down. Brian slid in across from me and gave me my yogurt.

"Thank you babe." I smiled and took a bite. He was right this place did have amazing yogurt.

He winked at me, "My pleasure beautiful."

"Here," I said, "try it."

Brian took a bite and gave me a bite of his, it was vanilla, and it was really good too.

He said, "I wanna ask you something, but I don't know how to ask you."

I smiled, "Just ask me."

He looked nervous, "Do you wanna know the real reason why I asked you out for lunch with me?"

I nodded, "Mhmm."

He scratched the back of his neck, "I wanted to ask you to be my girlfriend."

I blushed scarlet and nodded, "Yes, Brian, I would love to be your girlfriend."

"I'll break it to Gena and Zack." He said holding my hand.

I nodded and we left. He pulled up in front of my house and kissed me goodbye.
