Lou’s P.O.V
I woke up to the sounds of the city it was a rude change to the atmosphere I’d been used to the last few days I’d been back at home. I noticed my roommate Josh was sleeping soundly unnerved by the sounds that were arising from outside our window. I climbed out of my sweat filled bed and rolled onto the floor to wear all my clothes lay.
I was almost worried about what I was going to wear but I soon realised it didn’t even matter. So I rushed off to have a shower. I was supposed to room with Harry here but due to the baby and me leaving, he was rooming with Zayn this time around and Josh was the only one with the spare bed in his room.
“Morning.” He called when I stepped out of our shared bathroom.
“Hey.” I greeted him in return.
“How’s the baby?” he asked curiously. I hadn’t actually spoken to him in a while, Harry and I had gone out last night only stumbling back in the door in the early hours of the morning.
“She’s good; Niall is quite smitten with her actually.” I grinned, it was actually quite cute the way he looked at that little baby of his.
“Well I’m happy for him.” He removed his shirt and headed to the shower himself.
I checked my phone for the first time since I’d dropped my things off at the room, once I had I knew for sure I was in big trouble.

They were all from my wife; I automatically called her back without any hesitation. I knew it was my own mistake and all but I had to call her back and fast!
“Hey babe,” I said once she’s answered the call.
“Louis.” She cried, she hardly called me Louis to her I was always Lou.
“What’s wrong?” I asked concerned.
“I didn’t get the part, the one I auditioned for, they hated me!” she was sobbing heavily.
“How do you know? You only auditioned two days ago.” I pointed out.
“B-b-but I was their last audition, they were deciding over the weekend. I know they won’t pick me.”
“Just wait and see.” I told her trying to comfort her.
“Why? I shouldn’t have left L.A, my job was perfect and there were so many opportunities over there.” She started to rant.
“Hey you didn’t have to move, I would have stayed for you.” I actually don’t know if that was true, it was my idea to move to London so maybe I wouldn’t have stayed. It just seemed like the right thing to say at the time.
