Reckless ♡ Ashton Irwin

Chapter 5

Jade's Pov:

I couldn't sleep last night I was thinking about Ashton to much, once he gets into your mind he fucking stays there. I am now really tired and I slept in. I have 30 minutes to get ready for school and that isn't a lot for someone that is super tired. Stupid Ashton. Wait no.

"Morning, sleep well?" My mum walks out of her bedroom the same time I do.

"Yeah." I lie trying to hide my sleepiness. I walk into the bathroom trying to remember why exactly I am in here, then I remember that I was going to get breakfast. It ain't in here dumb ass. I walk into the kitchen attempting to dodge the tables, hitting my hip every couple of steps. God damn it Ashton. I pour my nutrigrain into a bowl spilling half of it. I pick up the milk not trusting myself with the liquid. I hold it with two hands and I attempt to carefully pour it into my bowl, completely failing.

As I get dressed I hear my phone vibrate and I grab it off of my bed. It's Holly

*I need to talk to you privately once we get to school it is urgent, about Ashton.* the message reads and causes me to overreact. What happened to him? What has he done? Why am I so worried? I ask myself stupid questions I text her back a short *ok* and get ready for school.

My mum drops my brother and I off and I take Ryan to his class room and rush to see Holly. She is moving in circles, she looks anxious. Uh oh.

"Hey, Holl, whats up?" I question her as calmly as I can.

"Hey, Luke came over last night, and I told him about Ashton. He asked me if his name was, Ashton Irwin, I said not sure..." She explaining very slowly, so I cut her off.

"Hurry up just get to the fucking point." I am starting to stress now.

"Well Luke goes to his old school, and Ashton got expelled because he was..... A drug dealer. Jade he is a fricken drug dealer or was." No this cant be true, he was so nice but now he has to go ruin every thing with his fucking drugs. It cant be true.

"No. It c...cant be true... Your joking right?" I stutter, this cant be true.

"I wish I was joking, Jade, but we are best friends and I would never joke about something so serious. Im so sorry but you cant hang out with him." Is she telling me what to do. My blood turns ice cold and my muscles tighten.

"No, Holly, I think I can handle it. Remember my dad was and ex-drug dealer and he is now in jail for it, and I am still alive. Aren't I?" I question her as calmly as I possibly can.

"Yes you are, but your Dad would never hurt you, Ashton could, you never know. He might end up higher than the bloody sky and then stab you or some shit and I cant risk him hurting you. You can try be friends with him but be cautious. I am just trying to protect you." I am now getting where she is coming from. My blood goes back to normal temperature and my muscles loosen.

"Okay, Holly, I will try to stay away from him, but if he comes up to talk to me, I wont just run off I will talk to him." I negotiate with her.

"Thank you."

"So what did you and Mr Hemmings do last night?" I smirk and she blushes. "No you didn't." She knows exactly what I am thinking.

"No!" She blushes."We just played Fifa, it was fun." She tries to cover up her embarrassment, completely failing.

"Whatever." I laugh causing her to slap me on the arm."Sounds interesting, you should have invited me over so I could kick you guys asses." I chuck my head back in laughter.

Ashton's Pov:

I sit at the back of this hell hole, watching Jade laugh. It is so adorable it causes me to smile like a complete dick head. Whenever I talk to her I make it really awkward for both of us. I imagine what our lives would be like if we dated, getting high on my couch, kissing. No fucking Ashton what are you thinking you cant make her a drug addict that wouldn't be right. But it would be so perfect. She is a good girl that hasn't been caught (oops there it is haha). I would love to date a good girl, she would change me, I hate my fucked up life and i would do anything to change it. I come back to reality when the teacher moves us to out next class. This is my chance to talk to her.

"Hey, Jade, you look tired. Didn't sleep well?" Why the fuck Ashton would you ask her about sleeping?

"Uh... No I didn't my b...brother kept w...aking up" she stutters I can see it in her eyes that she is lying.

"Oh ok. How are you?" I cant seem to pull myself away from this art work in front of me.

"Good, you?" She answers shortly like she doesn't want to talk to me.

"Fine, I will let you go now." I smile as I watch her walk away. Such a fuck up, Ashton, I tell myself and mentally punch myself as hard as I can.

Jade's Pov:

As much as I try I cant pull myself away from him. His hazel brown eyes always suck me into his imaginary world and I cant pull myself out. As I get to my group at the front of the line Holly gives me a worried look.

"Maths is so fun." Sammy says sarcastically, making me laugh.

"I know right, I cant wait to do algebra." I join sammy in this sarcastic conversation.

"So what did Ashton say?" Holly asks me curiously. She gets on my nerves some times.

"Not much" I quickly answer her as the teacher lets us in. This is going to be a fun day.

Sorry the chapters have been so short they will get longer. I need more time to write. I wanted to just get the book started but trust me the chapters will get longer. Thank you for reading ilysm xxxx :-)
