Okay well you should tell me what to wear because last time you made me change!

I walk out of my room and down to the kitchen.
"Mornin'" I greet my dad pulling him in for a good morning hug.
"Hey princess. Sleep well?" He smiles walking to the fridge.
"Yeah I did. Did you?" I ask him in return opening the cupboard.
"Yeah I slept like a log. So are you going to tell Ash that you have decided?" He asks curiously.
"Already have. Our date is tonight at six." I tell him pulling out fruit loops from my part of the cupboard. "Do you know where Tahn' is?" I ask pouring some fruit loops into a bowl.
"Nah, I think she is with Calum." He tells me.
"Oh okay. I will text her. She is always with him. She need to spend some family time with us." I complain.
"Yeah I know right. But at least she has found someone that she likes and he isn't a jerk like the others that I have heard of." He explains pouring hot water into his mug.
"Yeah I guess. I'm happy for her."
"Yeah I am too. She needs someone like Calum." He agrees with me and walks into the lounge room.

"Well I better go and get ready." I say getting up from the couch.
"Yeah you should." Dad says keeping his eyes on the TV as I walk out of the lounge room to my room. I go to my wardrobe and sort through my clothes. I find a Aqua blue dress and I choose that. It has sleeves just passed my shoulders and it comes to mid-thigh length. I grab my underwear and a towel and go to my bathroom.

Once finished I step out of the shower briefly drying myself before wrapping the towel around my chest. I grab my hair towel from the rack and wrap my hair up in it. I walk two steps to my basin which has all my face cleaning products on it. I squirt a little blob of my face wash on my hands and begin to rub the soap on my face. I rotate my hands in circles making the soap go white and frothy. I turn on the tap and put my hands under the running stream of water. Cupping my hands under the flow, I splash the water on my face washing away the soap. Next step is to use toner. I grab a cotton pad and squirt the toner onto it making the whole pad moist. Using the pad I quickly run it over my full face, making it feel fresh and clean. Lastly I use moisturiser, I grab the bottle from under the sink and squirt a reasonable amount on the palm of my hand. I lather the moisturiser in to my clean face until all the liquid is gone.

I unwrap my hair from the towel, flicking it back and forth. Briefly looking in the mirror thinking of what to do with my hair. I need to dye it again, I can see my roots, maybe a darker colour this time? I think to myself. I decide to curl it briefly. I pull out my hair dryer from under the sink - where I put practically everything - then plugging it into the nearest plug. I switch it on and begin the dry my white hair. I still briefly have the blue ends but they are lighter than before.

Once finished drying I pack away my dryer and pull out my curler. I switch it on and wait for the light to go green - telling me it's ready.

I look in the mirror my hair curled with this dress is pretty. Deciding on what shoes to wear is the hardest. I look at the bottom of my wardrobe and find a nice pair of Aqua blue ballet flats. They must of went with this outfit I think to myself. I pick them and slip them onto my feet. I shut my mirrored wardrobe door and look if it all matches. I decide that it looks good. I grab a small black purse from my shelve and I slide in 5o dollars. I grab my phone off of my bed and slide it also in my purse. I make my way out to the lounge room and wait. I begin to grow nervous because of this date. I shouldn't be nervous because I have done this before.
"Wow. You look beautiful." My dad shines me a bright smile.
"Thanks Dad. You think it looks good?" I ask.
"Yeah, it looks perfect on you. Come here my beautiful girl." He opens his arms and pulls me in for a hug. A tight one.
"Okay dad, don't smudge my make up." I laugh.
