For the past few weeks Aston and Mary got really close. He treated her like a princess and she was letting her guard down. They talked about a lot of things and found themselves having a similar view at life.
„You know, I've never met a girl who loves football as much as you do“-Aston laughed unlocking the car.
„It's because of my father, he played football when he was younger and remained a fanatic for it so I kinda inherited it“-Mary smiled too.
„They play it in America, too?“-Marvin asked.
„My father's family is originally from Southampton, they moved to USA when he was 15. Altough, it isn't that much popular sport in USA, there are soccer leagues, as they call it.“
„Really? So you're British, too? I didn't know that.“-Aston laughed.
„Yes, we still go on vacations there sometimes. It's a nice city. You don't know everything about me“-she winked. -„Why didn't JB and Oritse come to watch the game with us?“-
„They said they had some stuff to do. Oritse was with his mom and JB had to look after his little cousin.“-as Marvin said it he got a message.-„Change of plans. They are at Nando's waiting for us.“
„Hi, guys! You missed a pretty good game“-Mary sat between Oritse and Aston.
„You were there, too?“-Oritse raised his eyebrows.
„Yeah, she was louder then Marv and me“-Aston teased.
„I wish I could've seen it“-JB laughed.
„You have to next time then“-Mary replied.
„Why did you want to meet us here?“-Marv asked.
„I got a message from Lucy. She's celebrating her birthday tonight and she invited us.“-JB explained.
„It's today? Do we have to go?“-Aston rolled his eyes.
„We probably should“-Oritse said apologizing.
„Who is Lucy?“-Mary asked.
„She's a friend. We were very close few months ago but we couldn't bare some of her friends“-Marvin looked at Aston.-„Especially one of them.“
„She's a pain in the a**. Real drama queen.“-Aston was annoyed.
„Ouch! What a way to describe a girl“-Mary pointed out.
„Believe me, he said little. One of Lucy's friends was so obssesed with Aston that she used to call him every half an hour, and I'm not blowing it out of proportion.“-Marvin said.
„So why do you have to go?“-Mary didn't like what she heard of that girl.
„As I said, Lucy is our friend. And she wants us to be special guests at her party. Maybe you won't even see that girl and she probably got over you by now“-JB looked at Aston.
„I hope so“-Aston mumbled.
„Is it ok with you that we go? You can come with us.“-Marvin asked.
„No, I'm tired. You can go but remember-you have to be in the studio tomorrow. So don't stay up late.“-she got serious.
„We won't, we promise“-Aston smiled.
